Was there a promotion for Jackpotjoy via pigsback? I can't find any reference to this company on pigsback, but need to check .......
Yes, around December time - for 2000 pts. A lot of uproar over points not being added if you didn't fund it there and then.:D :D:D

I've just placed a £2k order for a laptop....am not sure how to submit an "email" receipt that they asl for, I have a confirmation...but still not sure how to do it, in theory I would get 2000 points! Shame if they dont honour it!

Yes, but you should really give the extra £10 to me for being a nice helpful piggy, IMHO

Darragh, I don't think CD wow have a CD called "help make plastic pigs sing" so you'll have to find another way to get your piggys to eurovision!!!

You should just be able to cut and paste the full content of the email confirmation, then paste it in the relevant box on Pigsback.

I found more than's customers services awfull,i wont deal with them again
B*gger! Just got car insurance with them, (best deal I could find and 100 quid better than my renewal quote from Tesco, AND a better policy than I've had before). Gutted because I forgot to go through Pigsback, and it's about the most expensive purchase for anything that I ever make. Grrr!

I'm having the same problem with MoreThan. I signed up in begining of March and have not had the points yet. Darraghd knows about it and is trying to sort it out though. Fingers crossed

It might be more of a problem with morethan, than pigsback as I took out a policy with them in December but with Nectar (don't believe pb had it then), and my points were not awarded, it was a real battle with Nectar to get them to manually add it, like you, I had no confirmation mail, just what I received through the post so they said there was no proof I actually did it on-line - I won in the end though, but it took weeks to sort it out, so I would give PB the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Thats interesting, they did the same with me(no email) and said it was a one off that i did'nt get the email when it obviously isnt.Looks like they play that game all the time.

ah, I did get a more than confirmation e-mail, and I've already sent it off. Lets see if I get more success?
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

I personally would open your confirmation email/receipt and click forward, then put in your pigs back address in the address label.. that way they see the full email, not just a copy and paste of it.

To make sure the dabs.com order gets processed I have always done it like this

    1) In the subject box put my order number and my email address

    2) then in the main box I have repeated my order number and email address, then a cut and paste of the complete order.

for a £2k laptop you won't get 2000 points you will get 20,000 points!!!

Having said that you get the points ont he price BEFORE VAT is added!

I have probably had over 15,000 points added this way. If you put the details in today they won't register until next friday.

Don't email pigsback seperately - they have given us a form on their website to submit confirmations so use it, because it works

as for people using pigsback for insurance, frankly, USE QUIDCO!!!! You will get double, triple, quadruple, even 8 times the cashback in some cases!
