That will be changed as soon as possible. We don't have direct control over these crosswords but I'll get the whole thing changed. I do sincerely apologise for any unintentional upset caused.

Seems I'm not entitled to my 90 CDWOW piggypoints because I used a £1 voucher on my order. This is despite placing two other orders at the same time in the exactly the same way either side of this order and getting my points for those and the same way as I've previously placed over 30 orders and been awarded points for every one  Thats another £9 I need to spend to get those points back. !!!!!!! disgusting, considering I'm spending money with them and not just getting free money.

Imagine you'd bought a £30 boxset or game via Pigsback and used a 50p voucher only to find out you cant have your points.

They dont even know the rules they have set up themselves and are benefitting from orders placed via Pigsback yet the customer doesnt get the rewards. Isn't that fraud?

Yaaay!! I won the crossword yesterday!!

I thought I'd logged into someone else's account when I first saw my points balance!! :rotfl: It's my dad's 70th birthday soon so can use it to get him some decent vouchers.

Right, that's it. I'm not spending any more money through pigsback! I've just had a reply about my Ace Insurance points to say they have no record of any transaction going through my pigsback account - even though I definitely, definitely followed all the instructions to the letter, and even got a confirmation screen at the end saying "your piggypoints have been credited"!

This is after not getting 1000 points from MoreThan - because MoreThan never sent me a confirmation email when I bought home insurance so I can't claim through pigsback (all the info came in the post, and I definitely bought the insurance!).

It's just so infuriating!! Sorry for the rant.

Just PM'd you dreamalittle... I'll try help any way I can.

The only thing is that we have a STRICT policy about not emailing anyone under 18 years old, so if you pretend to be 16, you won't get any emails from us.

    Darragh
That is an excellent policy, and I applaud it. It's good when companies take a decent moral stance and stick to it!

Darragh, you haven't actually confirmed that it IS OK to have an account if you are under 16. Could you confirm that for us, please?

I also wondered whether not emailing under 18s includes emailing reward codes for email vouchers such as CD-Wow? If so, it's something people ought to be aware of.

    Cheers,

Can you shed any light on my predicament Darragh and what the actual rules are on using CDWOW vouchers as part payment?

Thank you Darragh, I'm not a very large person and I thought it was offensive, I imagine some members could be really upset by it.

Thanks to everyone who's posted the Quiz answers and crossword link :A

    Heya

I'm looking into this now, but I'd ask for patience. It will take a while to resolve.

I'm having the same problem with MoreThan. I signed up in begining of March and have not had the points yet. Darraghd knows about it and is trying to sort it out though. Fingers crossed
