You have to be 18 if you want to sign up for any alcohol-related or gambling promotions, but other than that there seems to be no limit.

I think it is the PB chat room, you have to sign up for it seperately.
It does sound like the verification e-mail to me, but like other have said maybe it is best to forward it to PB via their contact us section to check its authenticity.

Right, that's it. I'm not spending any more money through pigsback! I've just had a reply about my Ace Insurance points to say they have no record of any transaction going through my pigsback account - even though I definitely, definitely followed all the instructions to the letter, and even got a confirmation screen at the end saying "your piggypoints have been credited"! :mad:

This is after not getting 1000 points from MoreThan - because MoreThan never sent me a confirmation email when I bought home insurance so I can't claim through pigsback (all the info came in the post, and I definitely bought the insurance!).

It's just so infuriating!! Sorry for the rant.
