Except according to what I see the clue / crossword still hasn't been changed and Darragh posted that message quite some time ago. I didn't bother posting after Darragh's message because I thought it would be fixed quickly....but its still there.

Please sort this as it is highly offensive.

I have solved the problem as regards the missing stress piggies. Its quite obvious that Pigsback is another front for the Home Office and in particular Charles Clarke. The said piggies originating from outside our shores have all been arrested and earmaked for Deportation. Unfortunately due to another !!!! up they have all been accidentally released By Pigsback (The Home Office) and now the police will leave no stone unturned in their bid to detect them before they commit other crimes. David Davies has already asked one question in Parliament about this foul up and a further Commons Statement is expected soon.

Yes, but you should really give the extra £10 to me for being a nice helpful piggy, IMHO

That will be changed as soon as possible. We don't have direct control over these crosswords but I'll get the whole thing changed. I do sincerely apologise for any unintentional upset caused.

Seems I'm not entitled to my 90 CDWOW piggypoints because I used a £1 voucher on my order. This is despite placing two other orders at the same time in the exactly the same way either side of this order and getting my points for those and the same way as I've previously placed over 30 orders and been awarded points for every one  Thats another £9 I need to spend to get those points back. !!!!!!! disgusting, considering I'm spending money with them and not just getting free money.
That does sound pretty bad. I can understand not giving you points for the £1 you paid with the voucher, but the whole lot?!

I would suspect it's because they don't have a system in place to do the Maths properly, so they just ignore all orders placed with vouchers, but in that case why would your other orders have been honoured?

It may be that the problem is with CD-Wow, not Pigsback. I seem to remember that a similar issue with CD-Wow came up a while back. Something about using a promotional code cancelling out the tracking from the original cashback site you went through? Perhaps someone, (Darragh?) could enlighten us about this.

It is still confusing that you were able to receive points from your two other orders, though. Either you're entitled to points or you're not. And if not, it should be made completely clear on the Pigsback site before you click through that if you use a non-Pigsback generated voucher you won't get points.

Sorry Pigsback, but that's just sloppy.
