    Hello All,

Sorry i know i haven’t posted in a long while and now i pop on with a question - how rude!. I do try to read everyday but find i don’t have enough hours in the day to do everything i need or want to do so sparsely get to reply.

My addiction of blog land still stands, Carmen i LOVE the canned MoJo! AMAZING!!

Anyways me question - can you subscribe to Do Crafts Creativity mag? I am running the risk of bankruptcy again if i have to keep calling to the range for it as they stock to much lushness!!

I don't subscribe but I do buy every issue from Cutting Edge Crafts, they have free P+P and if I'm good I don't look at anything else when I'm ordering it :D. They've always been quite happy to just send a single item, no minimum order so they get my repeat custom.

Well, OH has had a play with the new camera and I asked him today if he'd photograph my latest card (I don't trust myself with it at the moment, don't want another accident :o). I've put it on my blog, and if you also go to the previous post you'll see the card which got Thriftyscotslass in a bit of a dither :rotfl: .

afternoon all! I'm so glad it's friday so I can have a nice relaxing weekend, not made any cards all week but have a few I need to do over the next few days. I have a flexi day off work in monday so that will make next week feel nice and short! :D

my auntie is coming round tomorrow to give me a refresher lesson on my sewing machine as it's been a while since I last used one and would hate to break it before I even start! I ordered lots of different coloured threads from ebay which arrived yesterday so at least I have a nice variety of colours.

going to Dunelm after work tonight to see if I can pick up some fabric - anyone know if they sell variety scrap bags or something along those lines? I could do with a quite a few small-ish pieces of fabric just to practise and mess around with really.

Also has anyone received their free book from crafts beautiful yet? apparently mine was sent out Monday but not had anything in the post yet?

Hello all, I have some very good news to share with you, I hope you don't mind. My mum had her first mamogram check up (after having her ops a year ago) the week before Christmas and got her results yesterday and both boobs are fine, no nasties of any description :j :j :j. She said she can't put into words the relief she is feeling.

Great cards on blogs, Glittermum I love your new die, I am sooo jealous :D

We've got some friends coming for dinner tomorrow so I have lots of cooking to do. Made biscotti for the first time this morning, pretty impressed with how it looks. Going to make the bolognese sauce for the lasagne today and a carrot cake following NEgirl's recipe on her lovely blog. Best get a move on... ;)
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

Enjoy the lesson :D I haven't had my free book yet but I also did a Craftwork Cards order on the same day and haven't had that either.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I MUST NOT spend any more money on craft stuff till I've finished re-organising what I've got so I know what I've got - thing is it is soooo addictive and I seem to place orders without even knowing I've done it!!! Stuff just keeps turning up & I look at the delivery person as if to say 'I haven't ordered anything' and then when I open the box it all comes flooding back... 'oh yes I did'!!! I do wish Sizzix would stop sending me emails about items in their sale!!!! I'm awaiting another order from them but don't know what i ordered cos I was asleep when I placed the order!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Silly me I thought banks were there to help you with your banking needs... NOT SO!!!!! So even tho my hubby has banked with them for 30 years they were no help whatsoever and therefore we will be changing banks - CRAZEEEEEE!!

Don't forget Quidco when you change - you can spend the cashback on more craft stash ;) :rotfl:
