I'm glad you like it, I'd have felt awful if you didn't get on with it! It makes the job a lot easier I think.0 -
Hiya peeps - Rainmac thats fab news about your mum!
Just a quick question - trying to get on the case with these invites - ordered some cards/envelopes/inserts & ribbon today and looking about for reasonably priced flat backed gems but now need to think about costing! Just wondering how those of you who make wedding invites cost them up? Obviously you work out how much the materials cost but then how do you work out what to charge for your time - that bit always stumps me!! Obviously I want to do my friend a good deal but I don't want to be working for nothing either!! any advice/help greatly appreciated please!!
Skiergirl - ooh can you explain Quidco to me please - I hear people talking about it but I really don't understand how it works or what I need to do - anything to get more pennies to spend on crafty stash!!
Flourgirl - soooo exciting about the Silouhette - I must admit as much as I love my Cuttlebug (even if I do wish it was pink) I do have a hankering after an electronic die cutting machine cos at times I do find the CB a bit toooo manual if my Fibro is particularly bad!!! Will have to add one to my list for next birthday/christmas I guess!!If I can wait that long!!

Thanks for the lovely comments about my frame - will cut it a bit closer to the middle next time so I don't have to cut the bits of foam tape up - glad I got some from the poundshop last week coz it took loads
.
That's fantastic news for your mum Rainmac.
What a clever girl DD is Rusty I still remember the first time DD stayed at her dad's after she was dry - they'd dressed her in a skirt and tights and was saying daddy I can't manage these f****** tights and this f****** skirt - she's never sworn before or since. Just wait till you go trouser shopping for her and you have to check they reach your ankles :rotfl::rotfl:.
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Hello all, I have some very good news to share with you, I hope you don't mind. My mum had her first mamogram check up (after having her ops a year ago) the week before Christmas and got her results yesterday and both boobs are fine, no nasties of any description :j :j :j. She said she can't put into words the relief she is feeling.

I went to dunelm after work and although I didn't find any small scraps there was a gorgeous remnant of 1m square dark purple material with a black flocked pattern on, it should go with our bedroom colours so I may make some cushions or something from it. I couldn't resist as it was only £2.99
ooh I just learned how to multi quote0
