DTB, hope you managed to sort out the washing machine with the kitchen fitters.

Lyndach – how awful that your kitchen door has come off after such a short time, hope you or your baby weren’t hurt but I’m sure it was a shock. Hopefully you have managed to get hold of the people who fitted it to get it sorted asap. Good luck with the washing machine delivery too. Your little girl is gorgeous.

Thrifty – hope your DD and friend were OK when they finally sat their exam and it went well for them. I can’t believe the behaviour of the other girls mother a couple of hours before her daughters sits an exam. At least you were there to calm the situation down.

    Great Cards Lou05.

Rusty - your colouring of images looks fab to me. I know if I tried, they wouldn't look as good.

Sal -hope your DS got on OK today with his exam. Don’t blame you for not taking your daughter to school today – hope you had a lovely day together.

Popkins – good luck with the wedding invite order. I’m sure they will be beautiful.

Gemm – your day today sounds like mine yesterday. I’m sure it shook you up, but glad you are in one piece and your car is OK. Hope the rest of you day has improved and that you got home safely.

Thanks for the link to the freebie papers Flourgirl, and the link to the Joanna Sheen website.

  • Found this lottery ticket wallet thingy - they look suspiciously like the stampes image holders we were making last year but with just one pocket on the inside.
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

    sunrise - thanks for that.
    Lou/Lyndach - lovely cards
Gemm - glad you are home safely enjoy your tea - it sounds yummy!
Popkins - hope you have better luck with Sizzix than I did - was so excited placed a large order and came in under £30 no updates about anything so assumed was getting all that I ordered but then it got delivered yesterday and there was only 3 things in!!!! and a little note saying due to so many hits and sales on the website things had gone pear shaped (basically!) I was just miffed that they couldnt have emailed and updated me grr.... it put me off using them again....but if they are that cheap again.... well maybe at a push!!! lol, so the money I got refunded have been looking for other bits on websites.... I just see so much lovely stuff and then forget where I have seen it!!

Also wondering if anyone has ever been to a Max Papercraft Show, there is one at Sunderland at the end of Jan. and wondering if it is worth making a visit??? As I might save my money for then???

I’ve been having a bit of a clear out, so that I have somewhere to put the craft robo. Just before Christmas and before I knew OH had bought me a craft robo, I bought the following dies off the Sizzix website lipstick love letter and baby says yeah.

Now I have the robo I won’t need these, so wondered if anyone here would be interest in them I bought them in the sale so they were pretty cheap! One was about £16 and the other about £4. I bought them for use in the cuttlebug, and have only done one cut the the alphabet with a-d to see what they came out like.

If anyone is interested in giving them a new home just pm me. I’d rather they went to a good home than sit in a cupboard here not being used.

**NB: these have just been claimed. Thanks for all your interest**

Has anyone seen or knows where I can get.... one of those storage units for the top of my desk, the ones with about 12 small drawers in. I've looked at Ikea but can't see one. Its for embellishments and ribbons etc.

Flourgirl - I know that this isn't pretty, but is this the kind of thing you are after. My OH uses these for putting screws and stuff in, and they are really sturdy.

If you have a Maplin store near you, they may also do them and possibly they'd be clear, as I know they do other containers that I have used in the past for storing embellishments.

I also think I have seen something similar in Rymans a couple of months ago that was pink.

    Hope that helps you.
