Nannyboo -thanks for the tip re: peel offs - never thought of that!
Jazabelle - your cards are lovely, well done!!
Palema - I know what you mean. I always find fault in the cards I make and you see some super cards on blogs - I always feel mine are a bit plain - more experience needed though before can take it up a level. Even so, still get a lot of enjoyment out of faffing on!! lol.0 -

Thats how I am feeling, that my cards are a bit plane. Hoping to get lots of more hints and tips to improve them and as I said the more you practise the better they will become! I am enjoying the whole process as well and will try making some more cards at the weekend.

@jazabelle, they are both gorgeous cards. If you want a laugh - look at my first cards: http://cardsbyjones.blogspot.com/2009/10/first-cards.html - made about 3 years ago.
So £28 for a big bite would be good. So how smaller eyelets do they do. I've thrown the packaging away so not sure what mine are. The actual hole in my eyelets are probably 3mm.
I'm quite annoyed because I need to use 2 eyelets in my first 52-10 page. And I don't have the right colour in the bigger ones. I can't really afford to be spending more money on craft stuff - already spent over £50 this month. I'll have to take the picture of it without and add them next month0 -
good luck starting out to all the new people! i used to count my cards too. then I lost track of actual numbers! How many do you all reckon you've made? I reckon about 6000 since 2003, I only know because I order cellophanes in bulk (1000's) to sell as it is cheaper that way.
I honestly don't know how you all get time to make so many.
I have no idea how many I've made. Maybe about 200 in 3 years, but I did have a year off while DIYing. Most of those were Christmas cards.
I can't even contemplate making them to sell. Just don't have enough time. I spend too much time reading this bloomin' thread!0
