Finally I have added some more things to my blog here.

I have made some Christmas Cards but am not happy with the quality of the pics that I am uploading. Am going to try and get myself organised to scan them into the computers rather than taking photos of them.

Paddingtondoo – sorry to hear you are in pain with your hands hope you feel better soon.

Marg – It was surprising to know how much it all came to but it all needed to be bought. I just told Gary that you all said I had to have the Promarkers, etc lol.

Margarine/Ali b – I feel the same about my cards. One of the ladies I talk to at the Stay and Play session I take the minded children to, brought hers to show me and I told her I couldn’t show her any of mine. The words I used are hers are hand made and mine are more homemade (if that makes sense).

Sally – lovely card. I know what you mean about replying usually I have no time to comment only to catch up on posts. But occasionally I manage to have the time so I type my replies into a Word Document and hten copy and psts into the reply box.

CT19720 –I keep watching the Craft Robo on Create and Craft and I know how much they are you are one lucky girl. I have a Cricut but think I also need one of these but can’t justify the expense.

Rusty – glad you have no pain in the leg but sorry to hear it is in your back

Marg - glad its not just me......thought I was having a megga 'senior moment' there.........:rotfl:
OH is doing much better -he'll feel more confident about things when he's seen the consultant next week but he definitely looks a lot better than he did when all this started. Still gets tired in the afternoons but past two days he's managed without having a lie down. Pain eased up beginning of last week but seems to be back again now. Maybe its the cold weather ..........least its more of a dull ache now and not the pain it was so here's looking upwards :j

Rusty - glad your legs feeling so much better but watch that back of your.

rainmac - well done on at your fayres........just knew you'd do ok -your stuff is brilliant.......how could people not buy it
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Thank you for this. The label came from one of the threads on here but will try to remember what it said. Oooo I found it had it saved on laptop and not upstairs on main computer - makes a change

    • Chamomile Tea - To calm, relax, and soothe away the tension
    • Peppermints - to settle the tummy from overindulging
    • Slim fast or Diet Pills - to kick off the diet you will need to start
    • Pocket Diary - to track all of the must do's and gift lists
    • Relaxation CD - soothing quiet music to listen to while wrapping gifts.
    • Sticky Tape - You can never have enough for gift wrapping.

snipped Wifey - Was it you posted a neat way to put ribbon & a bow on a card please? If so, can you tell me where? I seem to recall it involved punching a small hole? I'm sorry if I've got it wrong.....Confused club member

    Hi Marg,

Just a quickie before burning the dinner! This is the tutorial I use when doing bows on the front of cards - it is really easy to do.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HQ5!!!IXaU - sorry don't know why this link isn't taking you to where it should, but if you go onto youtube and search Nellie Knot Ribbon Tying, it will show you how to do it.

Glad to hear that you are out of pain with your leg Rusty. Hope the back pain eases off for you very soon. Take it easy and don’t over do it. Good luck with the decorating.

Thanks for the link to the do-craft tips Qwiksave, some of them are very useful and I haven’t seen them before.

Marg & Nannyboo1 – I’m looking forward to using the Craft Robo, and I am sure that it is just a question of getting used to it. I am quite computer savvy, and with OH help I am sure that I will create some masterpieces!

Popkins – you lucky girl being whisked off to Barcelona for your birthday. Have a fab time. Beautiful Nappy cakes on your blog – I love the ‘Ellie’ one. Your granny card is also great. Good luck at Guys, hope they manage to sort you out soon.

Rainmac, well done on the money you have made at your fairs. Sounds like 2 days of hard work, but worth it.

Great easel card on your blog Ali. Those biscuits look really yummy too.

Mary – you must be so relieved that your OH is now feeling a lot better. Fingers crossed you find out exactly what is going on when you see the consultant next week.
