Just posted the cards (more easel cards ) and craft packs I've made up for the Crafty Place Post Pals challenge on my blog... http://rainmacsplace.blogspot.com/. I had bought several craft packs in The Works sale after last Christmas so that is the basis of what I am sending.

I'm looking forwrd to going now, when we booked it in about March-April it seemed so far away. We booked then cos it was really cheap SIL &BIL went last year to the same hotel and they were offering him a deal 2nights 140 euro 5star B&B and £135 2 return flights from East Mids so couldn't resist. They also found a family run resturant off the tourist bit excellent food and reasonable prices. I have already decided its got to be a pasta dish followed by ice-cream lol

Rainmac - crikey I didn't realise you had so many craft fairs planned before xmas - I don't know where you find the time. The elf thing didn't work for me - so I couldn't see your boys. Your stall looks fabulous - no wonder you took so much money!!!! Love your easel cards too - I told you they were easy!!! And I'm sure those children on post pals will love your gifts - what lovely presents.

Flourgirl - your decoupage cards are lovely - my favourites are the ones with the village scenes.

Popkins - your xmas cards are fantastic - I'm sure your Mum will be really pleased with them.

Dawnteabag - congratulations on taking so much money at the school fair - your creations look fabulous!!

Sunrise - great train cards - I'm sure your neice and nephew will love them, lovely bagpuss card too.

Louby-Lou-Loe - good luck for your craft fair! I was wondering - do you know whether you are having a boy or a girl?????

Craftygranny - great news about getting a spot in the shopping centre!!!

CT19720 - gorgeous nappy cake and I love your cards too - especially the cupcake one!!!

Ali.b - Your cards are brilliant - I can't believe you made so many - you put me to shame!

Hi everyone. Just a quickie, be back to catch up later :D

Postpals on their Facebook page are asking people to spare £3.25 to send a child a £20 goodie bag - you just pay the £3.25. Please take a peep here if you can spare it?

They weren't red!! they were black ;) :rotfl:

Right Was it dragonllew who made the lovely popcorn tub as a ribbon tub? I have a lovely show box (clarks in maddison size) which I think would be perfect to cover and then use some eyelets in the side, only thing is I only have one size of eyelets which are not massive but should be ok to push the ribbon through. Do I need to buy some bigger eyelets? or even some grommits? (think they are the massive holes?)
    Can anyone help please?

My grannybasher comes today :j :j :j so I have a lovely day out with her and my Aunt til I drop my aunt back at the train station tonight then I am hoping I will find some time to craft whilst my basher is here as she can keep DD occupied for me I hope! (DD loves basher as does DS and when she is here they are both all over her!!)

Also whilst I am here .... I bought the deckled nesties yesterday off ebay, I was wondering if you think they would look ok mounted on a straight edged rectangle underneath? I don't have any normal rectangle nesties but thought I could at least cut some card down to mount under the deckled edge or would it look silly?? These are the ones I have bought!

Hi Rusty it was me that made a ribbon tub out of a popcorn bucket I can't help with regards to eyelets as mine just has drilled holes which I sanded but I did use 2 different sized holes.
