ali - the card i used was from ryman - its rymans own brand of card, its £5.99 for a pack of 50 sheets (210gsm i think) but they are on 342 at the minute. It is good card very smooth. I got 2 packs of white and 1 pack of cream.

I find that the darker vibrant colours bleed more, the softer lighter shades are ok. SO what i do when using a darker colour is try not to keep the tip on the paper for to long.

I had a bargain today in an unlikely place i must share with you. It may be just my local store so maybe only of use to gemma but in tkmax they had quite a few bits of craft items. I got a do-crafts pack for £9 containing a tree punch, snowman punch, 20 gold metalic cards, 2 packs of xmas stickers/embellishments, 2 pack xmas peel off ribbon, and a pack of anita's 6x6 christmas papers. The ticket said it should have been £25 and i have just priced them all up on-line and it all does come to £25 so i am very happy. Kind of wishing i got the sliver one also now but i can't really afford it so i was being good.

I haven't posted anything out yet as still not got princesswoo addy. I think it's yours i am missing for the bra challenge

ooh louby which is your local TK Maxx? I am going shopping on saturday to finish my xmas shopping that I can't get online then I won't need to venture into another shop until after xmas!

went yesterday with my mum and 2 aunties and it was manic, I thought being a wednesday it wouldnt be thad bad! big mistake lol :rotfl:

    Thats Ok Wifey I understand.
  • I'd say go for it - you only get one crack at life and it's too short to waste on what ifs plus saving is very boring :rotfl:.
I moved in with OH after only knowing him 3 months and although we've had our ups and downs we've been together 7 years now. Plus if you rent first you don't have to worry about selling if it doesn't work out.

Good idea about trial budget before you take the plunge though - don't forget nasties like bills and stuff

I agree with paddington . I married my oh after knowing him 3 months and it's been over 29 years now. It's only a roof over your head does it really matter if you own or rent. If you rent someone else gets the repair bills.lol.
