Rusty - have a lovely trip!!
I have just put a couple more makes on my blog http://mycraftydesk.blogspot.com/
am still having trouble trying to get Alicias button on - it keeps coming up invalid URL - can anyone offer any advice - where I am going wrong??
Off for a quick blog hop before Midsomer Murders!
i couldn't do it either using the URL so I saved it to my documents and then followed the instructions rainmac gave and browsed for the image I saved and that worked:wave: Kate :hello:0 -
Not sure what the problem is with the button but to add it to your sidebar try this...
When on your blog click on Customise in the top right corner
Click on 'Add Gadget'
Select Picture
Title - add your own wording
Caption - add if want to
Link - paste this in box http://cardsforalicia.blogspot.com/
Image - click on 'from the web' and paste this blurb into box http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_XYv9m-BgMaw/SuTtiWIes0I/AAAAAAAAAdY/nV_X8ciCTz4/S220/alicia_button.png
Save
That should do it?Sorry for confusing you all

Just a quick one for now - i'm making a few cards at the mo (kids are away for 2 nights and it is heaven) and i shall read all the posts / blogs later but i just wanted to catch you all before you go to bed.
Does anyone know if you can get me to you bear images - you know the me to you bears that clintons cards sell, my mum is a collector and i'd love to make her a me to you card for christmas.
And also does anyone know where i can get a cute image of a cat that i can colour using my promarkers when they arrive tommorrow. I only need 1 cat for 1 card so i really dont want to buy a stamp.
TIA for your help.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

God Flourgirl how do you keep it so tidy i spent 3 days sorting mine out and about 10 mins before it looked like a bomb site again.
I spent all last night turning out pots of gold in my living room. thomas , josh and kaitlyn had great fun sorting all the sweets lol. We thought they might like to help make things to sell. I finished the last ones at 1 am. we did 48 though and decorated all the pots. pics on my blog
More good news on the fundraising for Alicia we were given a fab raffle prize by one of you lovely ladies. Details and a big thank you here
Rusty no worries Kaitlyn asked the postie where it is . She actually asked him if he took it home rofl. He assured her he hasn't and told us there are thousands of parcels stuck in a log jam and she may get it anyday.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

Hello everyone, I haven't been on here for nearly 2 months and I'm so so sorry. Everything is just so crazy, there's so much left to do in our new house, hubby had swine flu in sept, then my 11 year old had it last week and my (nearly) 2 year old had a really bad cold last week, so I had the 2 boys really ill at the same time which was exhausting. I just don't seem to have a minute to come on the laptop. Craftygranny, I've only just seen your pm today from 9th Sept!!!! Really sorry I didn't reply

I gave my website an overhaul the beginning of this month (google T as h M as h A rt without the spaces and it should come up at the top) ready for it's "proper" launch. Still loads to do but I did get an order through beginning of this month for a personlised kids door sign from a family in america with a little boy with autism which I ended up doing for free as the family were so lovely. I had an email from them this week to say they'd received the sign and to look on cjsroom . com and read the 'about our logo' bit and I was blown away. They said no one in america is doing anything like it and when they launch the site properly after beta, they're going to take it on expos and fairs around america and will advertise my products!!!! I literally cried as I never imagined in a million years any of my stuff would make it to america, let alone find people to advertise for me for free! I love doing the stuff as since I got married I never had any time to really sit and do anything.
Flourgirl, I am soooooo envious of your craftroom! When we moved we gained a couple of extra bedrooms and I've converted the box room in my "office" but it's a nightmare really as I've got my eldests old desk, and my youngest's old tallboy and his old nursing chair to sit in, and a series of storage boxes to keep everything. I've seen loads of great storage ideas in ikea to redo the office, but it's all money so it's going to have to wait.
I can't remember everyone's blogs as I love looking at all your things, could you re-post them so I can put them on bookmarks and keep more up to date with everyone?
Well Christmas is coming and I'm planning on making my own cards for everyone this year so that means I have 96 to do and I haven't even started!! I've got the card blanks, some clear snowflake stamps and some gorgeous glitter card off ebay (the people who stock create and craft tv), I just need to get organised. Please can I have some more craft hours in the day ;o)
Missed everyone, I'm going to stop blathering on now)

Fab blog candy on offer at the moment everyone who sends something and lets me have their name and a contact email or your mse user name will be enough will be entered in a draw to win it in the last week of november.
Jessica I can't even remember what i e mailed you about but it was probably the ramblings of a mad woman. I get carried away sometimes ( or might that be i need carrying away.lol) I need more craft hours in a day too so if you find any let me know. I tried starving my hubby and the boys to get more time and tried not doing the ironing but they moaned and the sight of the ironing got on my nerves lol.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20
