Just quickly popping on as need to be leaving the house in a mo - first time out of the house this week - really been feeling carp!!! anyhoo onwards!!
Had some goodies arrive this morning with the postie from A Card 4 U - really impressed as I only placed the order about 2pm yesterday!! Loving the embossed flowers so thanks to Dragonllew for posting about them - they're lovely!!!
Still working on my cards for Flourgirl - sorry!! Tri-fold & swing - they've really made me struggle LOL! anyway they are designed just need to find my DST - grrrrr where has it disappeared to - its not like theres piles of stash everywhere or anything...
Will then hopefully move onto the lace one & the scraps/die cut one - when are the deadlines for those? It will give me an excuse to have a play with my new cuttlebug - haven't had a chance as been sooo busy with hampers/weddings etc!! Have posted pictures of a wedding hamper I made on my blog - it was an order so it made me some pennies which might've purchased some more bits for my cuttlebug!!
Nearly there with my long list of things to do - just gotta make a wedding towel cake & personalised photo album & bits for my brother who's getting married in Mauritius - getting excited only 9 more sleeps til we fly out!! :jHAPPY BIRTHDAY KAITLYN!!!! :bdaycake:0 -
Oooh I also mean't to ask a quick cuttlebug question - Nesties circles - I have found a set of 4 on ebay for £59.40 & free p&p - it includes small circles & large circles and small scalloped circles and large scalloped circles
Can you experienced cuttle!!!!!!s let me know if this is a good price and if its worth it - which ones do you ladies have & use the most? Just wondering if all 4 would be good or just 2 - say small or large?
TIA0 -

Hi,
Personally in my opinion you only need one set of either scallops. I have the large set which were my first nesties, I have recently bought the large circles to get the effect on this hedgehog card
I wouldn't bother to buy the small set aswell as I have what I want.
You can pick up each set from ebay for around £16 with free postage
Hope that helps a little?
Oh and if you want the circles to go inside the scallops then order the same set ... i.e small scallops with small circles and large scallops with large circlesRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Does anyone know what the hedgehog I used on my recent card is called? I know it is penny black but I can't find the stamp or even stamped images of it and I really want either the stamp or stamped images.
Can anyone help??
Bunbun I am about to PM you I want to ask a massive favour!!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Ditto what Rusty said Popkins, I've been using nesties since Bruce Forsyth was a boy and that's a long time! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
The one of the differences between the large scallops and the small is the amount of scallops you get and if you like to have your layering really close. If you go to Ikki's blogspot www.ikkiscuttlebugcupboard.blogspot.com there is heaps of stuff with regards to all Spellbinders products and what she doesn't know ain't written. I always check what she's written about on her Tippy Thursday spot and I don't have a Bug and she has the cutting sandwich for the Bug there as well. Follow the link on her blog to an Ebay seller who's one of the best. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -
