  • I nipped into the range yesterday for more calendars as decided to make some for the school fayre and picked up a few bits that I knew I couldn't get any cheaper anywhere else.;)

I don't really like going in there as it's quite expensive and I can never find anything as it's really badly organised and the service is dreadful :o

They had about 6 packs of calendar tabs left in there if I'd thought about it I would have picked up some extra ones.

You're very welcome to the bears Gemma I was doing some for Rusty and DD so posted them when I was sending some other stuff

    Morning ladies.

    Hope everyone is ok?

Anyone up in Dyce (Aberdeen?) scotland?? hope you are also OK. My OH told me this morning that the puddles on his way to work were 6 inches deep ... I feel he was not overestimating when he sent me this link.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/8237299.stm

He does a full circle to get to and from work, this morning he missed the turn off so went the other way and its a good job he did cause he wouldn't have been able to get under the bridge as you can see from the link.
It is chucking it down here again and I don't want to go out in the car but have to go out to the docs!!

That freebie is lovely Flourgirl! thankyou.

    Welcome princess woo.

New My Mind's Eye here - Abbey road has some great designs for boys with cars and buses on!
They also have lots in their sale - 12x12 from 20p and lots for 30p

Blimey Rusty good job he did miss the turning - OH has loads of family including his kids in Fife - hopefully it won't be too bad there - make sure you tell the doctor what happened yesterday - the longer you put off going in the car the worse it will get. Is the doctors in a different direction or can you go a different way from where it happened?

No sign of baby yet, although she is being cheeky and constantly making us think she's on her way but just false alarms.

Im off to see the midwife today, so i will see what she says.

I'm waiting in all day for baby stuff to be delivered, and i am child free as there at school and creche so i might get some more cards and invitations made.

DF commented last night on where all the craft stuff had appeared from cos a few weeks ago there was none and now it's taking over the office.

Well what else am i supposed to do when he's playing on the PS3.

Princesswoo a lot of us are Xbox 360 widows.... I guess I am lucky that OH got bored with the PS3 so it is only used as a bluray player ... although I am still an xbox widow but luckily I bought him a case so he takes it away with him!

  • well done on your win paddington!!! the luck must be with the forum at the moment.

rusty make sure you mention the crash and the increased pain to your doc. if you end up getting a payment from the silver car man it will help. are you having nightmares about driving- if so mention them as well, it's not just the physical injuries that need reporting.
you should make a claim- don't be put off by the effort it's why people have insurance. don't be british about it- no one will think you're being a dodgy claimer ( like the no win no fee people!)
  • padington what day are you going to harrogate- we can have a mini meet! i'm going on sunday. on saturday i'm seeing peter andre and JLS!
