I am not a happy bunny. Doctor has changed my painkillers, but has now diagnosed me with whiplash!! as if I aint in enough pain that now I have to put up with more cause someone can't drive in the rain!!! ... Insurance are being a pain and the garage called this morning demanding that I take my car to them because it is roadworthy  I asked them how I was supposed to manage to walk to 20 miles home in the rain with DD! I sort of told them where they could shove it.
... Now they are coming tomorrow at 10 to take my car away ... and leave me with no car cause the courtesy car company haven't got in touch! .... looks like I will be walking to the city centre tomorrow to pick up DS!
Beautiful cards Dragonllew.

Lovely cards Dragonllew - I love the pernguin.
Rusty - it never rains but it pours eh? ARe the painkillers working at all?0 -
Shouldn't the garage give you a lift home rusty - perhaps that's something that only happens out here in the sticks! Don't forget to claim for whiplash on his insurance - cash for promarkers should help with the pain
.
Fab cards dragon and crafty granny - my xmas ones are on my list for later - had forgotten about that penguin - he's here if anyone missed himOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

And more new colours coming out. with these and the stamps they are an expensive addiction. worth it though .
Hope your day starts getting better it doesn't sound like it's been very good so far. Hope your new painkillers help. Hope you get a car sorted soon and don't have to walk to pick thomas up. These companies just don't care about arrangements for children dothey.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

Ali - Congratulations on your new arrival - let me know what you think of the skin tones...I wasn't that impressed!! (With the colours not the pens!!)
Rusty - So sorry to hear about your accident. Like others have said don't be British about it. I know there is a stigma attached about compo but if the accident was your fault I bet he'd be straight on the phone about claiming! I hope the hire company manage to sort something out for you.
A lady at work had an accident recently and reversed into an EMPTY car. No police were called and no ambulance was needed. Next thing she knows this girl has put a claim in saying that she was in the car at the time and has suffered whiplash, back pain and emotional stress etc!!
Oh and just a reminder (as even I had forgotten!!) my blog candy ends tomorrow and there are only 2 entries lol! http://laurenbrookscrafts.blogspot.com/2009/08/blog-candy.html

Rusty if you haven't heard from the courtesy car company by 2 / 3 o'clock i'd phone the insurance company back and tell them if they don't sort you a car you'll have to travel everywhere with the children by taxi and send them the bill. Worked for me when ours got nicked . They brought a courtesy car around within an hour.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

They are ok, but I didn't agree that they were "skin tones" I've never seen anyone with that colour skin anyway!! - Actually seen some people who have spent too long in the sun that might match coral and the pink was just too pink for me. I suppose everyone is different though, and others might disagree! I love the pastels!Married 5th June 20101st Baby born 12th April 2011:j0
