Speaking of challenges - I wasn't here for a while before/after xmas, are we not having our own challenges anymore?

JHB I too have a problem but I've found that if open my blog before I do anything else, YEP! even before reading on here it seems to work. Hope this might work for you

Thanks wifey, have tried that too
DD always laughs at me when I ask her to solve my computer problems (cos I'm the one with a degree in computer science) but even she's stumped with this one!!

A lot of blogs are like mine it wont publish what you have put untill the owner of the blog looks at it and clicks yes for it to be published it stops spam on blogs or anything unwanted put on there :rotfl:

If you try it on mine you will see what i mean

That just reminded me, I tried commenting on a blog like that earlier so I've just gone back and checked - and it has worked! :j
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the type of blogs that accept instant comments :wall:

JailhouseBabe Thankyou for your comment. That was nice of you to say that. Sometimes if I try to comment on blogs it doesn't work but if I open another tab / window and log into my blog and then try again it works. (Just noticed Wifey does the same) That's downright weird that it's not working for you! Does it come up with red writing telling you you can't post your comment cos that sometimes happens with me but I just click the button again and it brings up the word thing to type and then it works fine.

I finished my baby "card". I messed about tonight making a box and I'm really chuffed with it (although I did muck up the lining but who'll know). If you wander off to my blog I've posted the finished article.
Does anyone know anyone having a baby - I want to make more and I don't think OH would appreciate one for his birthday )

peppop Those shoes are fab . Alicia's mum is having twins girls in April/may . Maybe i should try again. The box is beautiful too not surprised you want to make more.
Alicia phoned her mum this morning she had a manicure at the hospital and they painted her nails and everything she thinks it's great.
Thank you for all the good wishes for her and carly. I think carly is trying out for jack osbournes job on adrenaline junkie. We can't keep her still or stop her clinbing and she doesn't care how high she gets.

Just having a quick play with my new martha stewart punch, I think it's called garden trellis really love this punch.

I really must stop blog hopping, have already spent about 70 pounds in my head on things I really 'need' lol

When on your blog and you want to refer to another blog how do you do that? as in so you can click on it and see what you a referring to.

Can't wait until next week when I have a few days off so I can make some cards, have a load of birthdays coming up in March.

I am trying to join crafty place but am having problems logging on, is that the only place where you do challenges or do you do some on here too?

froggie it's under add a gadget in 'Edit Layout' I think it's called 'my blog list' if you want to keep a list of the blogs that are of interest to you. Or, in your new post add the blog as an internet link. Does this make sense, not sure?
