Rusty - well done on your win!
Nannyboo - I think the Harrogate show is at the Yorkshire showground I think weekend of 20th/21st March. Craftwork Cards are heavily involved I think there is a link on their website. HTH. Sorry you have been having a bad time lately with sadness. ((hugs))0 -
Just a quickie to say thank you for all the good wishes. Alicia arrived safely in America and loved the flight. Her grandad pete said she behaved beautifully.
Carly had her first implant connected today we were there over 3 hours the cochlear thing is tiny but we had a huge carrier bag full of accessories to bring home for the thing. she has a charger etc for it and we get another bag full tomorrow when they do the other ear. But they one they have done and she can hear some loud noises we're having great fun .
They told us to try making all kinds of noises including loud ones to see what she can hear . She hears the car radio on almost full volume , If you bang a knife and fork on the table she hears that.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20

Sorry I'm late with names for the card swap but the viral thingy came back and has given me another wallop in the other chesticle so more antibios and MORE steroids. If you can find me in the Essex backwaters I'm on the street corner touting for ironing.
Anyway, I'm off over to CP for the card swap. OK, card swap is set up with names etc, please post your pics in the gallery.

Well that's another wall done and my stripper packed away in his box ready for tomorrow.
Big hugs to all who need or would like a hug. I'm off for a bloghop,
Thriftyxxx
Thrifty, does your stripper have a name??? You are spending a lot of time together so I reckon he should have a name
Nannyboo, sending you huge hugs xxx Do you have anything you could sell to help pay for the craft room? It sounds so fab, isn't it carp when money gets in the way
Flourgirl, get yourself over to the Creative Card Crew blog lady
So who's having pancakes today and how do you eat yours??? I love traditional lemon and sugar and sometimes lemon & lime and sugar. I have to use real lemons so have stocked up for today. My boys like chocolate spread on pancakes and I add banana slices to make it a bit healthier.
Have a good day everyone:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Sorry haven`t posted for a while, but i`ve been trying to catch up with all the posts, but you ladies move soooo fast.
craftygranny glad to hear alicia arrived safely and hoping all goes well for her and Carly is doing well with her implants. Do you need anymore cards, let me know and i`ll pop some in the post, when I get around to making somemore.
The-wife hope your feeling well soon, get plenty of rest.
BIG BIG:grouphug::grouphug: TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS THEM. Sorry for missing anybody out, but I just can`t keep up with you lot, although I do lurk around quite a bit:D.
rainmac not sure if i`m having pancakes today, as boys are over at nan and grandads, so I don`t know if I can be bothered to make any, but I do like them with lemon juice and sugar YUM YUM!
I`m also trying to put people blogs on my followers list, so I can keep up with what you are upto. Must go and check who i`m card and stash swapping with.
Hopefully catch you all later.Grocery Challenge 2010 £400 each month

Morning all
The wife - Please take extra good care of yourself and get well soon. Lots of rest and crafting when you are up to it is Dr Marg's prescription.
Thrifty - have you seen George's new film 'Up in the Air' - it's good!
Rainmac - No pancakes here tonight - I'm not keen - but if we did have them it would be traditional sugar & lemon. We're having minted lamb casserole.
Flourgirl - Congratulations! sounds like you might have won something - I've not looked yet .......0
