Has anyone got the order tracking to work? I entered the order number when I found the order tracking page in the help section but it asks me for a customer numer as well as the order number, and I can't see one in either the registration email or the order email?

The number in your confirmation email is both the cust number and order number , seperated with a hyphon. Your cust number is the first number and the second number is the oprder number (I think its that way round)

My book arrived today, only ordered Wednesday evening.really pleased with it

I had a bit of trouble downloading the soft ware, did it fairly late in the afternoon. Once it was downloaded, got the code at 5.00pm and ordered them. Got an email today to say they were ready and went to pick them up.
Really pleased with the photo book.

Hello, I have been trying to order my photobook for a while now and I keep getting the same message come up which says 'the server is rejecting my order due to incorrect formats [1002]' no idea why this is my first try. I have tried two voucher codes. Can anyone help please??

I think all 2000 from this offer (code: BOOKLET6) have been taken although the other one (code: FREESMBOOK) should work as there is no limit.
