Hope everything is ok there and that you're having a good day and that everyone is well.

Glad you got them safely, when I saw I couldn't resist.

Were ok here, no dramas - not like us.

I've got roped into the PTA at dds school, apparently I'm needed for my brains, sit and the back and organise......
Got voluntered to get the santas presents for the class dd in, the budget £1.00 per child, so hit halfcost nearer the time.

Coursework..... getting there, this weeks plan go through the whole course pick up important bits, worked out while one of the other ladies on the course, shes going through old exam papers, so were doing an online swop at the weekend, so thats one less grey hair!!

Have developments re the party, they rang last night apparently the lads have now admitted that the party wasn't as good as it could of been, (at last), but they aren't prepared to backdown. So I said no problem, I'll just ring the local paper, and I'm sure once I remind them who dd is, that should get the doors open, so she asked me to hold off to Friday.
Rang me back today, they must be concerned as the woman dealing with it is on holiday, and shes ringing from home, shes spoke to the financial manager, and has recommended they refund the party in full. So fingers crossed.

    xx

Great news on the results for the party....
I'm sure you'll find decent stuff for DDs class...as you know where to get the stuff....nice to be asked to do the stuff for PTA as it will look good on your CV.

Good idea on looking through the old exam papers and swapping stuff.

Glad there are no traumas in your house..as you say for a change.

It can only happen to me xx

What a way to spend Fri evening, got comfy to watch Benidorm, Bailey (the pup), started having mad half hr, got beep mode, chew whats in site, so told him "time out", basically goes back in the kitchen, he's now cottoned onto time out-time. So rang round, jumped in my chair, I picked him up to take him out, he fidgeted and twisted my wrist.

2 1/2hrs later, I'm coming out of a+e, they don't know if I've broke a bone in my hand, it the size of a matchstick and doesn't always show up, the scaphel bone. I've done it 3 times b4 on left wrist, course 2ngts, right hand, - the doc wanted it in plaster, but as I'm on crutches, we've comprismised and I'm splinted up, go back to fracture clinic 10 days.

The day before my exam!! xx:rolleyes:

PS - Only £300 off my 5k target, that be done by November, so exicted, that be The Ritz in 2011......:T:T:T:T:j:j:j:j:j
