Hopefully get somewhere Monday, know its going to be a long weekend, but said take DD to pics Sat, think shes going to treat me, she won 2 tickets in a colouring competation there, and wants to see Dolphin Tale, even the adverts on TV, I've needed a tissue!

Getting there slowly plodding along with debts, bar Evans still digging heels in, everyone else ok, coming together very slowly. Hows my little man getting on, was thinking of him the other day, I was reading with a group of 6-7 yr olds, and one boy just reminded me of him, a little charmer.

What a farce, back to court today, it hasn't gone quite the way either party wanted, basically with all the goings on, its affectong DD, to the extent that the GP has got the mental health team involved, and theyve further referred to another section, weve been allocated a officer, but when they get in touch were not sure.
The court have said that as this has come to light it has thrown a different matter on the case, and they have extended the no contact order for another 2 months, so at least we can can through christmas without any worries, but we go back end of Jan be a full court hearing with witnesses, and all the saga, not looking forward to, but it will be a final answer in any direction. If it if proved that all tyhe tooing and froming is upsetting DD, which it is and that she doesn't want to see him, hopefully be the end of a long journey.

Blimey - at least the courts seem to be coming down on your (and DD)'s side!

good to see that the courts are seeing it from yours and DDs view not so good that it's affecting DD..give her a big hug from me xx

Poor DD has now stretched her ligaments in her foot and ankle, so shes got to rest for a week, hobbling around. Worked out well, know that sounds weird but she had a GP appointment today in the hopes she would open up, course the health assesment letter came, but she opened up to the GP, hes appaled with what she is going through, and if doing everything he can to help.

Regarding the mental health team, we've hit a brick wall, they referred us to another organisation, who won't see DD as the situation is not a result of divorce or seperation, and the fact she hadn't seen her dad. but shes going through the same anaxieites (excuse spelling) to an extent as she has said herself its turned her world upside down and she feels rejected, and hurt and bar she wish they'd all leave her alone. Then this woman suggested I speaking to relate to cope with the break up! I told her that if we didn't tick her boxes, and the break up was 9 years ago.
So technically back to square one, but at least have GP support, which help.

Bar that shattered today, this damm IBS, its the stress kicking in, hopefully need to be settled for the weekend, as got first tutorial at the weekend, keep me out of trouble!!

More debt busting Friday, in one hand out the other just as quick, had 4 bills in today.... xx

Poor DD and you, both of you are going through the mill at the moment , I'm glad the Doctor is on your side though, that will be a great help!

poor DD and you..don't have any suggestions where you can help for DD but perhaps GP will know someone

Bit better today with DD, had parents evening last ngt and while shes a very bright children, she goes through phases where she has I don't care attitude, which apparently is not normal for her, explained everything to the teacher, she was brilliant, while were waiting for all the official channels to be sorted, shes going to be a mentor for DD, she spoke to her today, and said shes there for her, it was a miracle, we had the normal DD back.

If haven't heard anything from mental health team by Wed, then ring them and GP.
