Virgin media Whoops letter

:cool:Whoops letter from Virgin about mobile + broadband contracts
In Oct. 06 I changed my Virgin pay as you go to a sim only plus free broadband contract from Virgin. Today I received a letter from Virgin to say that the free broadband was only for one year and they had forgotten to charge me and from next month I will be charged £17.99 just for the broadband. I am very sure the limit of 12 month for free broadband was never mentioned in any of their literature and in fact when I tried to upgrade over a year ago I was told any change in my contract and I lose the free internet. Is this a case of mis-selling?
Can any one help with advice or have experience the same?

Regards,
ydarian
