Yes it does. But you could delete them but left them there for a week or two.

their invites and get replies,
make sure you ask them for their
first+last name this will save time sending another e-mail
just to get their names(as google asks for them)
ive just had to put joe bloggs as a name cos no name was sent

You dont need first and last name if you use the quick invite box found bottom left of your inbox screen HTH
