Ahh that sucks and must be really frustrating for you.
I know you aren't getting the extra money you deserve at the moment, but...you are gaining more skills and experience which will stand you in good stead if/when you decide to change jobs.
I hope it all works out for you soon!

Which is why i aint kicked off too much, however it is even more frustrating that its two jobs roled into one and my manager knows this but its out of her hands because its down to head office and they wont allow her anyone else in the budget, makes my job very hardwork, which is why i cant even consider a part time job as well.Poverty 2012 - F**K My low wage!0 -

Hi SDT1986,
First of all congratulations on coming on here for help, this forum have been a massive help to me and I am now on the start of a path to becoming debt free.
I have been there, I was single for 3 years from 22-25 and it got me really down. I used to go out every friday and saturday, spent a fortune (which I am now paying back slowly) and got even more frustrated because I didn't really enjoy the nights out and never met anyone. And whenever I did meet anyone they were so drunk that it put me right off.
I finally met my hubby-to-be when I was out for a night bowling with friends. Completely random, completely out-of-the-blue and completely fab! :rotfl:
That can be a great night out if you enjoy it? Most places you can get a deal where you play 2 games for a £5 or a meal and some games for £8 or whatever. I never find I drink as much on those nights because you don't want to miss out on the game. Other things my OH does (he's 27 so a bit older but was never really into the drinking scene) are Fifa tournaments on the X-box with friends (and he also plays over the internet - bit sad I know :rotfl: but it keeps him happy!), 5-a-side football with mates once a week, go to local football games (if its a small local team is normally about £5 to get in), poker nights (buy all your chips for £5 and then the winner takes all) and pool/snooker nights.
If you really do want to keep going out as you are, then the simple fact is that you must increase your income if you want to make a dent in the debts. I have had an ebay craze for the last month and have raised £300 from stuff that was lying around that I didn't need. Other things you can do, surveys, mystery shopping, selling on greenmetropolis/amazon...erm I'm sure the others can think of some more, or check out the Up Your Income board for more tips.
Hope this has helped, let us know how you get on!

Invite your mates round and get drunk at home. Look out for cheap supermaket deals on booze. Tesco were doing 24 tins of Carlsberg for £10 the other week - that works out at just over 44p a tin - a lot cheaper than the pub. They do cheap vodka for £11.19 a litre. There is almost always something on offer and you won't have any travel costs0
