it says 30days on my cheque back offer leaflet that has the vouchers i got with it.

any suggestions as i have already sent voucher 2 before? I was thinking of writing a covering letter and see what happens.

The leaflet online says 60days, but whati got with my phone last Aug says 30 days. Anyway i will try my luck.

I also sent recorded delivery to CPW and its saying it "cannot give detail at this time" but then I just realised, its sent to a PO box and you aren't supposed to be able to send recorded delivery to a PO box are you?!?!?

i actually bought my phone from e2save.

I tried calling them with the no. i got from the CPW answer service - no. would not work.

I looked at e2save website and there is a FAQ list covering cashback. I filled in the online query form with my problem and got an email response saying the cheque was being processed a few weeks ago. So just waiting for Mr postman to drop that through.

so maybe worth others trying the online enquiry service first before resending a voucher.

I phoned CPW helpline to ask why I hadn't received my vouchers and was told not to worry "they're just a promotional gimmick, just send in your 4th/8th/12th bills for cashback"! I'm a bit worried that if I just send in the bills there may be grounds for CPW to refuse my claim. Also the actual deal isn't on the list of April cashback deals on the site.
I know my tariff and the "variant" and my a/c is registered online. Should I persist in trying to get hold of some relevant vouchers?

phew got me cheque back today! they kept their word.

I work for Carphone Warehouse and in my store i have no problem sending the chequebacks on the customers request. It might be well worth you visiting your local store and see if they do it, no promises we do it at my store to go the extra mile for the customer as we are a little shop. No harm is asking!
