carphone cashback
End of march i posted my Three mobile 2nd cashback cheque back offer via recorded delivery.
I checked the reference number on Royal mail website and it says
"Information on your item is not yet available online"
Not sure what that means as its been more than 3 weeks.
Anyone any suggestions what i should do? Or who to contact?
(on my first cheque back i received a text from CPW keeping me updated i.e. "Cheque back offer received".)

I sent my 12th statement today to CPW. The one before did take a while to get the txt, so I re-sent it again, then I received 2 txts.0 -
I sent my 12th airtime bill to CPW, recorded delivery, on 8 April and this is also showing as having not been received. I telephoned CPW today, and their records indicate that the bill has not been received. So today, I have sent another copy via recorded delivery. I will have to ring again in a week's time, to check if this has been received, as the mobile phone number will be discontinued at the weekend.0

royal mail seem to have a real problem with recorded delivery to CPW and e2save wednesbury address - numerous people seem to have problems tracking delivery on their website and basically RM dont give a damn - they seem to be perfectly happy to charge for a service they dont deliver - postwatch dont seem to be interested - anyone any ideas how to get some satisfaction from them ?0

send it via special delivery...I got my cashback within 2 weeks of sending it in. Although it was only the first one out of three. Maybe they're just being nice to me at the beginning?0

i just sent my first 2 by Recorded Delivery and got my cheques. Sent my latest one by first class standard0

You should not send by normal post because they can claim that it was not received. You have done that already, make sure to phone them and ask if they got the cashback claim, otherwise u may lose out.
With these big companies they get hundreds of mails everyday, even the recorded items dont get signed for, but usually they received them. Best bet is to send by special delivery, cost £3.85 but without the hassle.0 -
Yeah, I always send mine by Recorded Delivery.
For once, I agree with Arsenal, it's just a perfect excuse for them to say they haven't recieved it! For that little extra money it will stop all the "No you didn't" - "Yes I did"!

I agree to send via recorded delivery. But it doesn't hurt to bombard them using the mail etc. Get everthing covered so there wont be any excuses.0

Why should I send by Special Delivery when I've sent my other statements by non-special delivery? Don't forget this is my 12th statement and have done it before. If they don't get it I just resend it.

thanks all for the replies.
My last bil date (8th bill) was 21 march, its past 30 days (oopps!).
What should i do ? call them or post it again?
If i call them - DAK know the number please?
Post - i have already posted voucher to them - so what shall i post again? invoice summary page and a covering letter?
Will they still honour my cashback even though its been over 30days?
(shame as i was happy with the service on my first cashback).
thanks to all.0
