Oh I've dropped a right clanger!

Had a pizza shop booked in for Saturday, but did it last night. Thought I'd re-scheduled it, but I hadn't, now it won't let me reschedule it for yesterday's date (I was just about to express it!)

Any suggestions, short of doing it again?

Yes, I got three and then no more. Very pleased that mine are all the ones with nice grocery stores as my fridge is empty.

Email them and explain and see if they can re-set the date?

Yeah, have done.

I could kick myself for not expressing this last night, because I'd have got the error, noticed, and been able to reschedule it. !!!!!!!!

What's betting that GAP don't reply until after 7/8pm, which is their absoloute deadline?! GRR! I'm sooo annoyed with myself!

I emailed them yesterday and had a reply back within a couple of hours

I thought their deadline was 8 hours on all assignments?? If it isn't then that would be good as I hate writing up the reports when you're stuffed full of food and it's late!! LOL :rotfl:

Yep, it is 8 hours. In which case if UKM had changed the date of the job, they'd probably have deleted it from his account by now as he was late expressing it!

I had an instance a few eeeks ago when I had two petrol jobs to express, I had a call about mid-day the following day, left a msg on my voicemail and said that I had to express them by 7 or 8pm (can't remember which) r they'd remove them from my account.

If you've not expressed it by 8 or 9 am the morning after the assignment date, you get an email reminder, and then, it seems, a few hours later you get a call to remind you.

Not good practice to leave it so late as they have to call you, as we all know how trigger-happy GAP are when it comes to sacking people, but it's not the end of the world if you can't express it the same day.

Had my first MS crisis today. Had a supermarket visit and I had to see two departments. One dept fine but the other I couldnt find a staff member to speak to!! I waited 45 minutes, gave up cos it was becoming obvious. The best bit the one staff member who should have been able to help promptly told me her lunch started in two minutes at which point she would no longer help.....she wasnt replaced during her break......... they lost at least three customers because no one could answer queries......I have emailed TNS and asked what to do about the questionnaire. Hope I did the right thing!

Don't hold your breath, I'm still waiting for them to contact me from a query I had yesterday.
