    That's the annoying thing I think about Aba-i is that you cant view what you have done and how much you are due as once you've subitted your results it just disappears! All the other MS websites have a nice page where you can see where and when you did a shop and how much you are due. Or am I missing some amazing Aba-i page?

    I usually ask them if they ship to France or if they offer a registered mail delivery option. You could also ask them how to return an item if you are not happy with it. I know it's all usually on the website but I'm sure they're use to "stupid" questions.
  • Oh, does the first post need changing then, I was going by that...
    Yes it does. I did not know about this forum when this thread was started. For there regular shoppers they issued a programme at the start of the year showing cut off dates for claims, normally around 20th and then payment is in your account on 9th. I've done work for them for over 4 years and find them good. Their new online job board is a bit of a nightmare though. On occasions you apply for several jobs in a couple of areas and they issue one job in each area, not good or sensible as they do not pay mileage, and they have reduced fees.

    I've had to pull out of a BARE job so sent a message from the shop log bit - will they respond to this and will I get penalised do you know? It's still showing as 'New' in my shop log :confused:.

    Thanks!

  • I have had 2 surveys accepted today by edigital. One was only completed on 21st.

    Have to say, I don't have any problem with them, and they always answer my emails.

    *probably just put the mockers on for my next survey*

    Regarding edigital, I was waiting for two to come back vetted. One came back due to an error and the other is still unvetted. They did have a lot going for August which may have caused the backlog. Hopefully, they are not in any financial difficulties because I certainly want to be paid. :)

    I'm getting sooooo fed up of waiting for eDigital to 'vet' my assessment survey. I have messaged them again today as last week they told me that 'they will get it sorted as it only needs to be vetted'. Is anyone else having this problem?

    It's just downright rude to leave people hanging for months when we put in the effort to get the trial assignment completed and that form posted to them!

    Just out of interest are they this slow in paying too??

    :mad::mad::mad:
    They do take a long time, I think I had to wait about 6 weeks before they told me my test assignment had been accepted.
    I'm wondering why a round pizza comes in a square box - :rolleyes:
