Has anyone just picked up one of the clothing company phone calls on RE? It says they will refund your postage charges, but doesn't mention the actual item. Do you think we are meant to send it back, or only do it if we would want to order from them?0

But we're not paid to overlook things. We are paid to give a factual account of what happened. Why whould the mystery shopper tell lies and put their own job and income at risk, to cover up a strangers mistakes? Here I go again on my own....0 -

I understood it to mean there is no reimbursement for the item, but as it doesn't state you can't return it, then you could do so at your own cost. Maybe you can take it back to a store to save postage? I know other companies let you do this but not sure about the RE one. Here I go again on my own....0 -

I can't see the branches I did two weeks ago so I guess they block us from doing recent ones - does anyone know how long the block lasts for?0 -

I know this argument/discussion has nowt to do with me but thought I would mention that I took the test on a ms website today so that I could do certain jobs, one of the questions was about a smile.. if a smile is neutral when the server first greeted you but then the service for the rest of the visit was good.. would you answer yes or no to the question.. Did the server greet you with a genuine smile?
I answered yes because this is how I would have marked the question in my report.. but I got it wrong.
If a company you are reporting on doesnt know about the mistakes their staff are making then they cannot correct them.
sorry for butting in
BA:heart: Mummy to Charlie & 2 beautiful twins due on Valentine's Day
