  • Betting shop query.

I did a competitor one for gap yesterday and when I've gone to check the results the race was abandoned. I've not had much luck with gap lately on a couple of assignments that they've refused to pay me on and I was just wondering if they might use this as an excuse to not pay me again.
    Anyone else had this before?
    Thanks

Even Gap wouldn't be that mean :rotfl:, seriously if they check the slip it will be to ensure you placed the correct bet, they won't be looking at individual races.

Had to share this with you so that you all know how important our ratings can be to people. My daughter was "victim" of MSers last week - got called into the office by her boss - and hey - she got 97% rating, a payrise and promotion as a result. It has made me see things in a different light knowing that what we do really does have a huge impact on peoples lives.
I'm wondering why a round pizza comes in a square box -

I don't think Gap would look up the race and check the result!

However, I think if you take the betting slip back, you'll get your stake money back.
Here I go again on my own....

You've placed the bet as required so don't seee the problem, but do pop into the bookies for your returned bet money.
