Just remember that everything in the casino is recorded on cctv including vocals.

Look at the instructions, you have to apply for a card, using the card records what you have spent.

I just had an RE payment disappear from pending and not appear in payments. It's the second time in a month, and won't let me query it, so I've sent an email. Is anyone else having this issue?

I did one of these a few months ago. I got a receipt for the meal (which is what they asked for) and for the drinks that I ordered at the bar(although I don't think this was strictly required), but they did not ask for a receipt for the gambling.

I spent just over £50, but won £20, which paid for the babysitter so was a good night out for us. Hope you enjoy your visit.

I had it happen last month, it sorted itself out in the end and I was paid the correct amount.

Yes, I think this happens when it is being proof-read! Once it's been read it will re-appear.

Has anyone, EVER, had a reply from RE? I've sent numerous, from both the link on the site and in reply to emails received, but never, ever, not once, at all, had a reply :eek:

Brilliant - you're spot on. I must've just checked the site at the critically wrong moment, as now I've refreshed it, it's showing as payable on the 25th.

:rotfl:I lost the will to live about half way through when I realised there was still half a page to go. It is just pointless - I camt really see the benefit frm a client point of view (they probably produce 12 pretty bar charts - that dont tell anyone anything - explaining why service standards dont ever improve).

I had a reply from them this week when I complained about them deducting 22 points for an airport job that I did (for not entering results on the same day). I spoke to them before I went and confirmed the date that I would be entering the results, when I got home and the lady was fine and wished me a good holiday, but evidently the proof reader decided to ignore this.

They have given the points back now. However they have also put me on Probationary at the same time and this has not been revoked!

Is there a company called realtec inc. I had a look at the first page where there is lists of the companies but couldn't see one with that name.
