Results are back all clear except auto-immune and viral, which I have to discuss with Doctor. Got appointment for tomorrow afternoon, will need hubby to take me as I can't drive or even walk very far. At least they're back eh.
Step 1 in the journey of a thousand, slow steps.

just wondering if you have had your vitamin b12 levels tested at all?
i suffer from b12 defiency and it is horrible and leaves me totaly exhausted and for about 5 weeks out of every 12 i can't function properly, could be worth getting them checked out, just in case!

    Well I slept until 5.30 :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
got up, went to slimming, have lost 2.5 lbs and was slimmer of the week:T:T:T:T:T
have done no flying and am about to go in the bath!!!
Well done! That's fab! I've lost 1lb sinceyesterday, but only cos I was so nauseous yesterday evening that I couldn't eat anything! LOL! You've done really well!

This morning I've washed up (and scalded my thumb), done laundry, put away the shopping and emptied the bins. Am pleased with that as it's most of my dailies done now. Just need to hang out the wet washing (dry is all folded and put away) and make dinner - it's coq au vin tonight and I'm going to make enough to stock up the freezer as we used nearly all the freezer meals up when I was ill

I'm so tired today, am really struggling. Am trying to keep going tho, will be having a bit of a nap soon, and then will do dinner, altho I feel that I should do dinner first but have no energy!

Moonflower we will give you lots of encouragement!

Fedup I hope Mr Old Dog has a better day today

GnB hope LO is recovers soon xx

Holly and Catznine hope your LO is better soon

    Big hugs Elly and Embb

Crafty, great news on the survey! Well done!

Johanne, I get anxiety/panic attacks too, so I know how you feel. You are not being silly at all. When you are tired and worried, your body has less energy to cope with the things that make you anxious. Try to take things easy today, listen to how you feel, and if you can’t cope with going today, that doesn’t matter. The bank will still be there another day. Just do what you can cope with today. Big hugs babe xx

Triker, I’ve mentioned before that my mum has ME which is linked to post-viral syndrome. I really do agree with what others have said about resting – it is absolutely vital or you will stay ill for years to come. Resting now could make all the difference. If you have any questions, feel free to pm me.

Just having a little breather. DS2 has made Tomato soup for lunch which should be ready in about 15 minutes.

DS3 off to a friend this afternoon so I'm going to the laundrette to wash a winter duvet, DS2 can come with me as we have some paperwork to do together.

I've done the main bedroom today as well, but that can wait for the correct day. We had a wonderful meal out yesterday - one of DS2's schoolfriend's family has an Indian restaurant - absolutely gorgeous food - but way too much of it! We won't be needing a meal before Friday ;)

I've done a couple more hours weeding on the allotment - it was very hot down there. I'm just about to grab a bit of lunch, then into town with DS1 to shuffle money around.

G&B - very best wishes for your DD.

More hugs to the poorly ones.

ps soappie - missed you again!!
