Humph just tried to post on my alternate freecycle site and it seems all posts are moderated, so frustrating as I want stuff advertised NOW! The primary site I use moderate the first few posts and then let auto posting.

There I was being a good flygirl about to hang the washing out and then realised it's mizzling out there so it had to go in the TD

    Had to share.
I just had a phone call - you know when you are not really listening - heard something about 'a survey' and 'you have won'
I was just about to put the phone down on the scam when I registered what survey she was talking about.

Yes I had filled it in :o. So I apologised and she started again.

I have won :T:T:T Cheque will be in the post (£50)

  • Well done on your win crafty :T:T

I am soooo fed up with this ladybird swarm  How long are swarms supposed to last for? I can only go out in the garden cos of the swine flu but I don't even want to step outside as they cover you and it makes you feel all crawly even when you come back inside. It's really muggy too but we don't want to open the windows as there are already so many of them that have found their way in the house. And they blimmin bite too! I will never think ladybirds are cute ever again!!

Anyway, I'm going to do a HHC 12.30 - 1.00 if anyone wants to join me?

I'm off to do some baking - decided not to buy biscuits in Mr T earlier, and bought smarties instead so that I can make millies cookies. Have had the recipe for snickerdoodles from polkadot for ages now and still haven't made them either, so may have a go at those too if I have enough time and ingredients.

    List update:
