    Can I 'officially' join in?

I've been following the lists in a hit and miss fashion for the past couple of weeks, but now ready to take up the challenge.

Trying really hard to get back on top of things since having a baby 4 months ago and with a 4 year old as well it's currently chaos!!

I've previously followed the Flylady, but found the emails completely overwhelming.

    Planning to ease into it...

Magnificent Monday ~ Living room, hall and stairs!
    Level One
Declutter the guff and put it where it belongs!
    Empty bins etc

    Extras
    1. Update spreadsheets/meal plans etc.. :D
    2. HHI
    3. 15 minutes filing/shredding
    4. Binbag dance!
    Plus my dailies.

    Cheers
    D.

I can relate Ishtar i have a 12 month old and a not quite 3 year old here. Thats the reason I joined I need structure in my days and evening because at the moment the house is going to pot.

Can i have a star for Monday please Soappie as i have done my living room today as i needed to clear out the toys and get an ebay bag ready.
My mum has been knitting felt bags and i have some of those to put on as well. I am going to use the time saved by doing my living room today to get the ebay stuff pictured and posted tomorrow.

    Note to self
Chase up the bloody window cleaner or he is sacked and i will do them myself.

    Hugs everyone

Mrs B 11 hours your a star. I never ever iron unless in extreme circumstances (weddings christening and funerals).

Hello :hello:...... been lurking for a while on this thread :o and was wondering if I could join you lovely ladies and gents? :xmastree:

Could really do with getting organised/decluttered and thought it was about time I did something about it  :D (school hols so a good time to get started!) Have made a bit of an effort but need some organisation instead of running around from room to room wondering what to tackle next!

    [STRIKE]
Am I right in thinking I post my list of 'to do' each day and let you know when I've done it?
    [/STRIKE] List as follows: :D

Magnificent Monday ~ Living room, hall and stairs!
    Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter the guff and put it where it belongs![/STRIKE] - done
[STRIKE]Empty bins etc[/STRIKE] - bins in other rooms
    Level Two
[STRIKE]hoover under the sofa cushions :o[/STRIKE] - done
Vacuum the floors, including the stairs
[STRIKE]Wipe the paintwork in the living room, hallway and up the stairs[/STRIKE] - done (I never realised I had so much paintwork !:eek::rotfl:)
    Level three
Wash any curtains/nets that need it
[STRIKE]Vacuum under any furniture you can safely move[/STRIKE] done
[STRIKE]wipe and water any plants[/STRIKE] No plants

    Extras
    1. Wash inside windows in [STRIKE]living room [/STRIKE]and stairs and surrounding plastic

Hopefully get all the above done. Off to bed for an early night so I can get an early start in the morning. ;)

  • i am in again this week, but my week is only going to be a 4 day week, it's nan's funeral on Friday. Thankls for all the support over the last week, i can't remember who it was that suggested a plant for my mum, mum is currently decking her garden so i plan to buy a nice tree/plant thingy(can you tell i don't do gardens!) for her once it is done.

i did what i could last week and today DH hoovered all the house(normally he only does the LR) and made sunday roast(i always make it) but i still have a sinkful of pots to wash as he kindly left that job for me!
