I dont sell on ebay but my amazon and greenmet books live in stacker boxes under my the pc desk in the family room, if I sell one I have to go for a rummage but at the moment theres just no space on my shelves to store them visibly (must sell more, lol). If/when I move out of the family home again I'll probably keep a book case free for them to make finding them easier once I sell them.

At work our ebay stuff is kept in a box under the counter, with the exception of our normal stock, and as soon as it sells we package it and get it posted.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

You could get a few of those banana boxes from a supermarket (our local Sainsburys is happy for them to be taken), which are ideal for packing books, etc and stack nicely. Could always write a box number on the side and keep a list of whats in them.

I got lots of blue stacking crates off the fruit and veg man at the market. I have one stack of listed items and some with items to list, some in clear boxes. Mine is all categorised before listing as I find it easier to get through stuff in some kind of order.

I also have a shelving unit in the spare room with a shelf each for books, DVDs, videos and CDs which are on Amazon and Play.com
