Another Vodafone mis-selling

Exactly the same has just happened to me, I was about to leave Voda and then they called offering me 50% discount of the £46.90 package with an upgrade of phone which I took. The discount was never applied to my account and now they are saying that they would never offer that. I'm furious, i have the name and date/time of the conversation, I'm emailing them as you can;t actually ever speak to anyone!!!! Getting nowhere. Anyone know how I get out of the contract???

im gunna save lee (the vodafone rep) the hassle of posting, all he will tell you is to contact vodafone via email, and wait on the edge of your seat for another call back. i did it this morning......... im not holding my breath!!!!

I've had an email off vodafone saying they'll looking into the matter and seeing whether the call is was ever recorded (doubtful). I'll keep everyone updated!
