I had to go thorugh the drawer to get some handwash and was really quite pleased with how it was emptying out. I've still got a way to go - loads of showers gels; three toothpastes; and still loads of lotions and potions that I buy because I think I want them but then they just sit there. I actually have a really small set of things that I use regularly! I can't wait to have the space back in the drawer and on the dressing table.

    I am learning...

I'm not sure Catbar! I don't think anyone has discussed it yet.
I'm still doing well on the challenge- not bought Diet Coke, only bought a couple of mags for hospital and had to buy a new jumper when I wrecked an old one. Not done so well on my positive targets though

We finish on Nov 9th and we'll probably start again pretty soon afterwards. That give you time to decide what you want to focus on. Most of us are doing toiletries/household products, but some people are doing snacks at work, exercise... anything you want to do goes really :D

Oh yes the last week now.

Next time I am aiming for not one slip up with skincare etc.

I had to throw out a shampoo and conditioner that I finally realised was causing my skin reactions. Couldn't work out for ages what was causing it and then changed to different ones and problem gone - in the bin with them. Have 2 more and not too sure what to do with them as they are just a cheap brand and I can't see them selling on ebay.

Used up my decleor hydra floral mask today which I luuuuuuuurrve! The bathroom shelf with masks on looks a lot emptier on there than at the start of the challenge which is nice to look at.

Altho I have not been perfect on this challenge it is coming up to my first anniversary on here and I have come a long way in this year.

    Spare stocks sold on ebay
Stop buying for the sake of it to make me feel better
Regained some space in the house from using up things and selling things

Still a lot to use up though - maybe more neutral in 6-12 months¬

    Hi all
Fedup- Ive also had some bad reactions to products. A facil wash I diluted and turned into a hand wash (I use soap but have this for visitors) and another cleanser I am going to see if my mum or MIL like it as it is a L'Occitane and reasonably exxyso Id hate to see it go to waste. With the cheap shampoos u could use them to wash makeup brushes or use it for cleaning the bath:confused:

Ive decided against doing the 365 day challenge as I thi thats probably a bit too much for me, doing tese ones have been enough a it does make me reall onsider a purchase before buying, Im hoping b4 this one ends tofinish up another moisturiser and cleanser as i am very close:D have decided to go more natural with my products, I already use a lot of natural products anway but there is room for improvement. I sometimes get torn by the "scientific research" of products and can be swayed by slick marketing promising cutting edge etc. I do need to be stronger:o
