And relax! Too many travel sizes, doesn't matter what the lovely Jill says, it's actually not that great value for money - thank you [STRIKE]God[/STRIKE] Martin, I am cured :D

    Sx

    Well done Sarah!

I find this with most Liz Earle TSV's they are are stuffed full of mostly travel sizes and always come in around the £40 mark. Well done for hanging in there.

Confession time, when I felt very low due to recent events I ordered a set of comfort creams from prescriptives for sensitive skin. Had a good rethink about this and they are going back to QVC. I really don't need them and I have a full pot of decleor sensitive cream to use up.

    Feel stronger now

Some more skincare and make up sold on ebay.

some bare minerals radiances unused and sealed now going to a new home
a leighton denny hand scrub going to a new home

Small sizes of gatineau/elemis/decleor on there too with bids on and a new make up brush I will never use.

Stash drawer is emptying out nicely and it is not stuffed full anymore.

Also cleaned out the bathroom cabinet and some space has appeared in there for the first time and.....
TA-DA!!!! I have put my bathroom cleaning products in the bottom basket of the stand which used to be full of unused beauty products - result!

Still working my way through the huge amount of hair products I bought at a knockdown price at the beginning of the year. Getting there slowly and I have just started using an Aussie Moist shampoo and condtioner which very nice to use. This should reduce my shampoo spends nicely when I finally need to buy some more!

Also found 2 bath products I had forgotten about and moved them into the bathroom to be used.

Not much else near to using up yet but onwards and upwards we go!

Hi everybody.. i have done well so far, no buying make up and everything ready to sell on Ebay.. my problem was yesterday my hubby took me Debenhams , he surprised me with some holidays to Portugal in 2 weeks and i dont own a bikini.. so paid £4 for one... so cheap and it is gorgeous.... then we went to Tesco and he bought me another bikini £2 !!! and a dress for a wedding next week for £5 .. so he paid for that.. i only spent £4 so far in something that i need. The problem is now.... i know i am going on holidays and i get this crazy feeling that i have nothing to wear and want to go shopping... i must resist this feeling.

    Hi all
Morocha how much fun a trip to portugal:j

I am thinking about next year doing a 365 day challenge not buying any skincare or haircare. I wouldn't include soap in this but everything else I probably have enough of or could make do with stuff from kitchen- olive oil etc. Im not sure but i may just do it as Ive been thinking about all the unnecessary chemicals going into my body and also money spent and think it may be a worthy challenge:D

Oh yes I also finished a Blackmore facial wash which was seriously awful and I had to eventually give in and use the last third as hand wash (mixed with water) Im still mad at myself for giving in and buying those products but have decided to make the palmers body butter a part of a xmas present for niece as she loves the stuff so I have partially redeemed myself.
    take care:beer:

Good luck puss if you do a 365 day challenge!

I don't feel strong enough for that as yet, mind you I might have enough stashed to get me through! Will have to see how I feel with this idea!

Sold the gatineau moisturiser I bought last year just before finding this challenge when I hit rock bottom with it all - very nice to see it go at long last to a new home and not be reminded of how I felt when I bought it.

Used up a decleor aromessence neroli 5ml bottle today and a L'Occitane Bonne Mere Lavender Soap to add to the list of things gone.

That soap collection will reduce at some point, maybe by this time next year!

Mind you it will have worked out quite economical by then for me and for presents!

    Hi all,

Have used up a hairspray and a mousse will be finished by tomorrow, I hope. I think I have enough to do a 365 challenge, apart from buying toothpaste that is.

I have used up an eye cream:beer: I didn't like it much so I'm glad to be rid of it:D

I have had to buy some shampoo and conditioner but in my defence although I didn't need it I did actually need it. I'll tell you why that sentence does make sense. I have started swimming again now that my 2 kids are both in school. I have coloured hair so I have bought the Boots Swim and Gym Shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair. It's protecting the money I have invested in my hair;) and it means I can do an exercise that I actually love. I have been going twice a week for the last few weeks and been swimming a mile each time. I hope I can keep it up:D I swear I am actually slimmer around the waste for a few hours after it:D and I feel like a million dollars when I get out of the pool (unfortunately I don't look it but we can't have everything:rotfl:).

Great to see everyone doing well and catching up on the confessions as well:D

    Items returned to QVC
Prescriptives Comfort Cream Duo (Day and Night Creams)
Prescriptives Super Flight Cream Duo (I always used rehydrating masks and treatments and justified this to myself at the price. A bit rubbish really and returned not kept in the cupboard with everything else)
    Card Kit

All returned yesterday and my mind is quieter as a result now they have gone and I don't miss them. Like the fact they aren't staring at me now making me guilty!

    Hello everyone

Used up a Prescriptives Super Line Preventor 30ml, not much else to report. Sold a full size Elemis Facial Mask on ebay which is held up going to its new home due to the postal strike.

Not long to go now - is it the 9 Nov we finish? Still need to climb back on board straight away the next day after!
