I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

On the bright side, our "maturity profile" means our debt is longer term and matures further out, so we can ignore reality for longer.
Or is that the dark side?

That's an awful lot of changes to make all at once Shaun
I thought I'd cut out fat and alcohol ( like smoking that is) alongside Hypnos regime.
I've cut down on both, but not gone withoutso I'll join you on improving my health too. (arthritus meant I couldn't wrap presents on the floor last night
I had to drag everything to the table)
I only drink 2 cups of coffee a day - do I have to cut that?
I only ever walk as far as the car0 -
You could switch to decaf coffee, most people don't notice any difference in taste. Good morning to one and all and pass the satsumas, it's nearly Christmas. One life - your life - live it!0
