    Hello All

Not posted for a while so thought i'd say hi!
GFS tickets I bought with clubcard arrived last week cant wait, the others that I paid for over the phone are yet to arrive they said beginining of october they are issued.
Today I did some shopping at Sainsburys as alot of the baby coupons recently I have wanted to buy the product plus I had £4 off £40 spend. Anyway the 50% of nature care nappies had to be input manually at £3 off, when I got home and checked my receipt the CA had input the coupon for £30!?! what should I do?! Mithered with the baby I didn;t even realise at the til xx
  • To me, genuine coupon user = people who know the tesco policy inside-out and hand over wads of coupons at the Tesco checkout, for which tesco will receive reimbursement from the manufacturers.
The fact that Tesco accept the coupons, against the wrong product, is an argument between Tesco and the manufacturers.
Most people on this thread want to preserve the T policy (irrespective of whether or not that policy is morally wrong).
My view is that the mag coupons will be a loss to store and as such should not be used in Ts, neither should anyone encourage others to use them in Ts. Many posters on this thread have expressed the same view, hence it's removal from page one.
Bham Dave, on the other hand, has a different opinion - fine, I respect your view, but let's at least acknowledge that nobody is supporting or matching it.

Ok thanks for the opportunity to stick my head above the parapet and say I find myself in agreement with BD's viewpoint.
Can I also point out that everyone seems to refer 99% of the time to coupon use in Tesco - there must be more out there like me who live miles from the nearest Tesco - Waitrose is far closer for me personally, and they have a good coupon policy. They also stock most of the magazines to which the mag coupons related...
And whether I try my coupons in Waitrose or Tesco, I prefer not to get into an argument if they are refused, I think this is just as likely to get coupon usage stopped, as it did with DTD when everyone kept ringing Dundee - it just kept raising the issue before them and they got hacked off with the tail trying to wag the dog all the time.

I would tell them, but thats just me. Others might have a different opinion. I would not want them to stop taking the coupons so prefer to right the wrong, if you see what I mean.

Going ot T's tomorrow for big shop.

Is everyone having problems today, or just a few stores?

I have been to Mr T's twice this week and had no problems.
The sa took all my coupons, garden centre ones, internet ones, pdf's and originals as well as the ones out of the newspaper.

    So no complaints so far.icon7.gif

Update as promised for PC ref post no 3367

For Cow and Gate £1 register with cow and gate (child around 14 month, no idea if matters),
    http://www.cowandgate.co.uk/register?tr=lop&track=3
then click on the age 12-18 months at the top RHS.
On the next page on the RHS Free Cow and Gate Growing Up Milk.
Whilst still signed in click on this link to print your 50p coupon
    http://www.cowandgate.co.uk/coupons/0070/17365

Can only access once per e mail address
    EXPIRES 7 days.

Has anyone had any luck with this tonight please. I have tried several times with different registrations and email addresses but when I click on the 12-18 months tab there is no link to the free milk down the RHS as stated. Help!!!
