The Customer services manager accused me and my OH of coupon abuse infront of customers and other members of staff and was also very rude.
I had used £20 of coupons on a £70 spend and most of them were the daily mail conditional spend vouchers. the manager also refused point blank to accept the Lidl coupon.

I wrote to CS and received my letter of apology today along with a £5 gift voucher.

Why do Ts insist on putting people in customer services who know nothing about customer service.

Maybe not I don't like the sound of this

Simply present your token at the admissions/tickets kiosk located at the NEC and exchange it for a one day entry ticket.
A reward token is not a pre-booked ticket and is no guarantee of admission:eek:

Ooooh oooh. Mad tempted to chance it :D

I'm assumig that as the details of the offer on the CC tickets are date specific (also states a limited number) these will be added to the overall attendance beforehand. Thus guaranteeing us all a ticket:j:j:j

Thanks to Bully for starting me off on my CC points addiction :T:T:T
