  • Woohoo! thanks for that that's the tickets sorted then:j

Maybe not I don't like the sound of this

Simply present your token at the admissions/tickets kiosk located at the NEC and exchange it for a one day entry ticket.
A reward token is not a pre-booked ticket and is no guarantee of admission:eek:

    Tesco conditional spend policy

"I can confirm that a communication was sent from Head Office to inform all stores that we were able to accept the £5 off £30 conditional spend Lidl coupon. However, our Store Managers were also advised that they were able to use their discretion and this was down to the individual store as to whether they were to accept them".

Thank you to the op for the original post and to PC for pointing this bit out. :T:T:T:T

I think normally Wednesday and Thursdays are fairly quiet days however I wouldn't like to use these on Saturday and Sunday when the show is normally packed :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

we complained about the attitude of the staff and named them, all was well for a few weeks then one evening as we were at the check out we were told we were banned for life, when we asked why we were told they didnt have to tell us, pink argued the point and we were then told " you know why, think about it", we can only think it was the letter, but I have heard of none coupon using folks being banned from the store, one a really mild chap I used to work with, he was asked for ID,when buying a bottle of wine, he is mid thirtys all he said was dont be silly I look old for my years and I have never been asked b4, he was escorted out by security, and told never to go back. some tesco staff are a law unto themselves,:eek::eek::eek:

Dr WW didn't mean it like that, the OP had also posted the same question on the drivel thread, Dr WW had already replied directly to the question a few minutes earlier

I didn't mean for it sound harsh or cruel.
I have NO chance of keeping up with both threads so didn't know the ? had already been asked/replied to elsewhere. However a link back to where it was previously asked & replied to would have been more helpful esp for those not knowing where/what drivel is about.

It's piddled down here ALL day today.

The Customer services manager accused me and my OH of coupon abuse infront of customers and other members of staff and was also very rude.
I had used £20 of coupons on a £70 spend and most of them were the daily mail conditional spend vouchers. the manager also refused point blank to accept the Lidl coupon.

I wrote to CS and received my letter of apology today along with a £5 gift voucher.

Why do Ts insist on putting people in customer services who know nothing about customer service.

Oh my goodness, that is terrible. They should have told you what for. Did you both accept it or did you ever get an explanation?
I now have visions of that happening to me as I named the DM :o
