Thanks for your reply. Ok I am back and have survived a mass swoop on me at the checkouts.

Got to till gave my coupons over, immediately was told you can only use 50%. I told her that wasn't the policy she said it was. So I calmly said "Ok, please read this. I have had several incidents at the checkouts so I have written to HO and got this reply" She refused to read it and stuck her light on

Over came young man who served me the last time I was there when I was asked to pay back the money by DM. He knew me and said no etc etc, so I told him the above and showed him the email. Behind him was Checkout supervisor (who had cleared my coupons before) listening. He read the part out loud about accepting ALL coupons and can pay for all shopping and started to go a bit bananas lol. SA was very flustered being adament that it was 50% when the Checkout Supervisor said "That policy and email is correct and has been for over 3 years" SA said I have been here 15 years and it's always been 50%.

I was also told that any other Tesco store saying it's 50%, £2 per day, no Internet/Printable Coupons, Manager's Discrection etc are ALL WRONG :eek:

Checkout Supervisor signed my email & policy stating it was correct so that if I get challenged again I can show it. I was also told that another customer was in this morning trying to use the £5 Lidl and got refused but the same DM who told me no told the customer yes we do accept them :mad:

Now either he has it in for me or HO have told the store to accept them and perhaps spoke to him after my email I don't know

The Checkout Supervisor was lovely, she spoke to me for nearly 30 minutes, it's a shame the DM wasn't around ;) but I have a feeling that I will see him again soon

I just want to say a big thank you to CouponMad for all your advice, I have read it over and over and digested it,you are wonderful :A

    Ps I got £31.50 shopping for 40p :T:T:T:T:T

    well done moyilla,

what a terrible time you have been having but you have survived and got a great shop out of it.

I just wish Mr T's would sort all their staff out once and for all, it makes life so difficult for all us couponners.

Or has anyone else had same problems?I can see it on couponnet site, but that states 20p...would much prefer the £1 moc....any ideas peeps...I've maximised and minimised but still cannot get all registration page n view...TIA....and just when I had started to get a bit techie answering queries on the techie thread...that'll teach me...

sorry I cannot help, but I did print the coupon., Both the 20p and the £1 on the same page, prints 2 copies so thats £2.40 of coupons.

If I use couponnet directly and don't go via the Suso site , can I only have the 20p moc or does it give the £1 as well...I'd actually like to buy this, sounds delicious.

Only the 20p on C'Net AFAIK...

2 lots of 20p and £1 available on Suso website though!! (As already stated £2.40 total, excluding C'Net)

Can I also say that I always say yes it did print and then either re-register or go back on the browser to 'Print my coupon' then hopefully no reason for the first coupon to be refused. Maybe not necessary but trying to not lie and it's not my fault that they allowed 2 and I did say the first one printed OK!! - Their choice to let me have a second

I'm not playing now...can't see the 'submit' button whatever I do, and nowt happens when I do 'enter' after filling in my details.....but thnk anyway m4rtin...

Just a little smile for you...been finalising holiday details and have had lots of communications with hotel manager in Malta...all sorted, but he needed flight details in order to sort out airport transfers...i forwarded the email I'd had from Air Malta...1 hour later , got email from him asking for flight details so he could send final confirmation...as I had already sent it I copied and pasted it and replied to him saying original email was on it's way and was probably stuck out in 'www' somewhere, but had sent them again....and I put...belt and braces....told him it was an old English expression....back came another email with a lovely' smiley' face on it...him being Maltese had not heard that expression and so he had 'googled ' it..
." now I know" he said....
