I haven't been..... I'm pretty sure it was a no go for both the 50p & £5 but I looked and found them both still available so I wish they would get them removed if they don't want them used!!
Like I said, I think if they haven't got the courtesy to give concerned customers know a direct answer to their question it's time for more of us to continually ask the question!! Perhaps then they will actually answer the question
Do you have an email address for them? I'd be happy to send an email asking if it is okay to use, after all, time is of the essence! It is another fiver off my shopping if we can use it and everyday gets closer to the expiration date, be a shame for it to go to waste!!:eek:Murphy knows me too well and sticks to me like glue!0 -
awe peeps, I must be doing something wrong.
When I read of some of you peeps getting shopping down to 2p, 5p, 10p from a £40 or £50 shop, I am in awe of how this can be managed. The Lidl £5 + FF £2.50 at the moment is no good to me because together with pdf's and a few others this only takes me to around £19, which would still leave me total =£11 to pay. (Lidl total spend £30) So, I am better off doing small shops at a time.
I've only been at this coupon 'job' for past 6/7 weeks so I suppose I still have a lot to learn...
Well done to everyone who can manage this and also I am still soooo grateful for the money which i do save.
Thanks to everyone that contibutes to this thread.

Start getting the newspapers and magazines with coupons in them, buy the items that have coupons with them (Discovery Fajita's, Enchiladas and Nacho kits, Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli, Ecover, Badger beer, Alpro Soya Milk, Baco "Get Me Free" Non-stick foil and Pik-a-paks), buy legit coupons from eBay or swap coupons with someone else. These are all ways you can increase your coupon value. Oh, and send for freebie samples as sometimes you get coupons with them, see post #3 for list of ones we know give coupons. You can email different companies and ask for coupons. Also sign-up to getting newsletters from sites as they sometimes send coupons through the newsletter or just email you one because you are a member of their site. As you say, this is a job and the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it!!;):DMurphy knows me too well and sticks to me like glue!0 -

(but i still got points for £44 as i remembered to give my clubcard first)
Hi PW, just for info, it doesn't matter whether you give your clubcard, first, last or right in the middle, you still gets points on the total shop before coupons are taken off. HTH“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”:D0 -

i've heard that the couponnet people are taking a hard line on anyone who is caught photocopying coupons. a friend of mine got a letter from them saying that they had noticed copied coupons being sent to them from Mr T and because of this they are blocked for good!
did she photocopy them or did she print off several copies by saying the first had not printed? would be handy to know this, i would never photocopy but i am guilty of saying no it didnt print:o0 -
I assume you mean the £5 off £30 spend lidl coupon
If so it's in the Star Newspaper (20p) every day this week, expires 31 August.
I used the huggies coupon yesterday.and it scanned no problems, but this was the new couponnet one.
so would you say dont use the other one, the smart coupon one, the one which was being sold on ebay (not bought by me may i add) i printed off 2 of these but then heard that the ebay ones had been repoted so didnt use any;)0 -

I was advised by VC and some others last week that they thought that they would be blocked, so I used mine up.
