I used a Lidl yesterday :T but they only took 3 internets
I'm not going today as the freezer is full, the fridge is full and the garage is full (Rinse aid lake, Finish Mountain, Pik a Pak Pile, Badger Beer Lake, etc.) :rotfl:
Badger Beer Lake...like it! I'm amassing one of those!!:beer:Is the badger beer moc on the bottle?
We have nosey neighbours who stretch there necks to look at all our swag in the garage, they even reported us a few times.
EDIT Yes there is code for a moc on every bottle...0 -

I contacted CS who initially told me (when the Morrisons S&S were around) that these should be taken regardless only to have this info changed & told later the acceptance on the S&S is @ the managers discretion... yet, as Coupon Mad has highlighted, as per the Coupon Policy, the acceptance of these vouchers is NOT @ the GM's discretion yet the GM's will have the backing of their HO so nothing we can do about, I'm afraid...:(
Firstly, many thanks to Swannee_D for finding an old post and saving me rambling on about the Conditional Spend policy.:D
The funny thing is, I am in the same boat as you, Mum2Hannah. Despite my best arguments(!) neither of my 2 local stores allow non-scan coupons either! I have always had to reclaim any Lidls (and the previous Morrisons one that didn't scan) from HO afterwards.
As per policy, all Tesco stores should accept them - including Lidl ones, katie1991 - thats's what HO will say when they refund your money. But still I get the same answer locally (if it won't scan we won't allow it as we don't get reimbursed by HO, as we would do for scannable versions).
Anyway, there IS something we can do about it, Mum2Hannah, it's fiddly but worth it. Just send off your receipts with your vouchers at the end of this week (couponed receipts shouldn't matter but I do always make sure I spend at least a fiver in cash or by card when wanting to reclaim a voucher later).

That was a great shopping result but not my best. For the first week of this month I had £261.25 for £1.04!
I'd love to have a week for under a pound so that is what I strive for every time I shop!!;)
Now I am really impressed/jealous and defo want to be one of your pupils!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Same here.... i tell friends and family menbers, but they think its too much hassle.... i dont agree, work is hassle, couponing is easy and saves thousands!:money:
Well, DJR you have the last laugh - if you think of ALL the money you have been saving:T:T
I also agree with you as I have sometimes told other people about mocs but they couldn't be bothered (embarrassed to say I used to be one of these) but I have now seen the light!!:j:j0 -
Grrr, just been to use the last two of my mail coupons at two diff tescos and got trouted in the first - despite them taking all my coupons yesterday - apparently its now 10%. Pah, said I didn't want my stuff put it back on the til and left - won't be going back as they can't make up their minds.
Then went to my regular store where they were their lovely selves and took all my coupons. But only managed to use one mail coupon drat.
Ha I'm now so addicted to couponing that if I have to pay more than £1 for my shop I get annoyedadmittedly I only spend about £5 per shop due to couponet hating both my mac and my printer
so can only use PDF's and the occasional mag/mailed coupon.

Well im back from Tesco armed with the coupon policy
I only used three coupons for a couple of pounds off a £30 shop but they didnt even look at them when I handed them over so im really chuffed as its built my confidence a little.
I went to a young girl who looked like she would rather have teeth pulled than be there and im guessing she would of taken 50 coupons without question if I had had them:heart: I love my gorgeous little girl0 -

She would have and she could have - if they were all different. :T
You will be amazed at how soon you CAN amass a mix of coupons worth a lot of money, if you follow advice on here. There are sooo many mocs around at the moment, not just printables either. TBH I don't even use any printables in some transactions (one local store doesn't allow printables even if you buy the product, due to staff internet coupon abuse). I have enough original mocs to 'get by' anyway...:o
What I would do as a newbie, is use your first printables to buy products, mags or papers with more mocs on them. Do this a few times over a week or two. Each time try to buy a Nestle pikapak, Alpro Soya and Galaxy Hot choc (both with sticky mocs on if you can find the right ones), some Blue Dragon sweet chilli sauce (25p moc on the collar) and Ecover washing up liquid (£1.75 in mocs on the collar if you can find one).
Then finish off your shop with a Finish Rinse Aid (£3 moc on it if it's not been swiped...), plus any newspapers or mags with coupons in - see the daily newspaper thread each morning.
If you won't use these products then it's not worth buying them all in one go - if at all - but some of us without dishwashers buy Rinse Aid anyway and maybe sell it at a car boot sale. Worth thinking about. You have to speculate to accumulate!
Before you know it, your coupon-wallet will have maybe 12 different original mocs in it, plus your next set of PDF printables. Suddenly you'll be saving over £10 per shop (and you'll need that coupon policy ready for your first trouting so never leave it at home). It's the easiest way to save money once you know how & where to get, and use, coupons.
I treat couponing like another part-time job (I have 2 other term-time only jobs but couponing is easier and worth more money).:DPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
