After any promotional activity we will always review all feedback that is received and we will look again at whether this aspect could have been reasonably predicted for a promotion of this kind, but we can advise that this was the reason that the terms and conditions were changed. We can also confirm that this was the only reason that the terms and conditions were changed, in order to ensure a fair and consistent chance for all consumers to win.

We want to give all consumers the chance to win a large prize in addition to a smaller prize throughout the promotion, we feel that clarification of this is shown in the amendment. We are, however, keeping all aspects of the promotion under close review and continuing to monitor any comment made by consumers in relation to the Bonkers activity

Thanks, but what a carp reply. There are so many points I could argue on their pathetic attempt to try and rectify their poor planning and execution of the competition, but I can't be bothered anymore. :rotfl:

I also don't think I will be saying I like this competition until I have a cheque in my bank, fully cashed :rolleyes: I don't trust them.
