If you have won £50 and carry on, if you win another £50 it will automatically be reallocated because it knows you have already won. But if you win £100 you cannot not claim it to try for something bigger, you either claim it or lose it.
I can see why McVities are doing this but everyone that swapped loads and had multiple big and small wins (shared or otherwise) will be keeping their wins before 3rd September. I can't see why people are complaining.
Those of us that bought lots of biscuits but didn't swap, because that was how we interpreted the rules, are now being penalised and are very limited by what we can win.
The only way it would have been fair was to limit the entries per household or person per day, not the wins.
People are 'complaining' as you put it as it is not clear!
No one is forcing you to read the 'complaining'Everything Happens for a Reason....0 -
yeh i was thinking that but will it exclude you from winning again minor or major?
so everyone who has recently won 2x£50 may get 2 £50 or may get one and keep trying for major
its all to confussing lol
hubby won other night which now allows m to win as its not allocated to per household
yeah I understand that CG.She is checking for me that if I claim £50 x2 that I can still go for a biggie prize. If not will just be happy and content with x2 £50 rather than a big prize. Will come back with more information once I get it.

The key points to me in your post have been highlighted above. The major point being the word 'interpreted'.
I think most competition organizers realised that there should be NO room for interpretation in T&Cs. Clear plain english is needed with cast iron rules and regulations.
We are all interpreting the rules in different ways - hence the problems.VR repayment £404 £156.02 PAID
Airpods repayment £249 £185 £75.90 PAID

You must still be eligible to win both prizes so I really dont know how they're gonna work it x
I'm stuck in the middle because I won £100 so no big one and I'd be entering for 50's and below. I'd be gutted if I won and had to leave it0 -
