Sorry you are feeling ill clairelou but don't give up on McVities. I don't think they are to blame entirely I think its the poor handling house they have chosen to administer the competition. I have rung them up numerously and sent emails and asked Edwin for help and today got a cheque for £1000! So all of you that still have outstanding wins persevere and I think you will be successful. They still owe me two £50 wins and I'm still going to chase them but obviously they don't seem as important now I've got the biggie. Just hope the cheque doesn't bounce!0

I'm back :j
Didn't think it was going to happen. It took 10 days for BT to connect my line and cost me a fortune in mobile calls to sort it out  Thank goodness sky set up my broadband quickly, I was having withdrawal symptoms.
Unfortunately in the 3 weeks I have been here I haven't received any cheques. I will have to start chasing them up, I think I will email both McVities and the handling company and maybe try that Edwin guy. Any advice anyone has will be gratefully received
I have given my sister all the details to chase up the cheque I'm sharing with Upsa Daisy. If she manages to get it I will let her keep my £25 and send Upsa Daisy her share. If all that doesn't work I will have to give up.
I have seriously had enough of this and can't believe I haven't got all my wins yet. I also don't have the time to keep chasing the wins. This house is a mess, it's freezing, I've been cleaning non stop and it's still dirty and my front window leaks like a sieve. I know it will be worth it in the long run, but right now a run down, 10 apartment, victorian villa seems like a crazy thing to have taken on :eek:Mortgage Free in 3-T2 : Started at £151,000 Nov. 2009 Mortgage Free Oct 1st 2015
