Im having the same problem, they dont reply to my emails or return my calls - not sure what to do

I did contact them at the weekend and had hoped for an answer by now, but nothing. I get the feeling they are just ignoring me. I did contact Edwin Mutton too and he has got back to say he will look into it. If he can't get them to pay then that will be it. I am really angry as I am still owed £500 and £200 of that is to be sent to people I am sharing with. I am also owed 2 x £25 from people who are sharing with me. I could really do with it as with my recent house move and Xmas coming, I am absolutely skint.

to all those who are chasing wins, keep at them.

me and my family were waiting on £1100 from mcv from august and they finally paid out last week. i had phoned them to start with but i found it better to email them in the end because i could write it all down and i would be able to explain myself better. my mum contacted edwin because she was owed a £500 cheque and she had an instant reply saying he will look into it. in the meantime i was still emailing mcv asking for updates and they finally said we will be getting our cheques and we did. in the emails i put dates/ref. no. of wins and dated/tracking numbers of when they were sent/delivered. as i had sent lots of wrappers to mcv i had to guess which was for me and which was for others but they all said delivered on the rm website.
i also had a email asking for a rec del ref no. for another £50 win my dad had (same day as another win so did not claim) i had emailed them back and said i didnt claim for this win as per T&C but have wrappers if they needed it. they didnt get back to me. so if you have claimed for unclaimable wins you might get them.

At last!!! My final cheque from McVities has arrived. I've already sent the share and had completely given up on receiving this but out of the blue this morning it has suddenly appeared. I emailed twice and rung twice to ask where it was and never received a satisfactory reply.
So....Don't give up those of you who are still owed, keep at them until they give in.

a friend received a cheque from them and today, its bouncedit was for £50 and shes furious:mad: wouldent like to be them when she gets on the phone to them tomo.hope the rest of you dont have this problem, its bad enough having to chase them up for your prize to start with,but to get it after all that time and then it bounces words fail me:lipsrseal

Do you know what the "answer" was as to why the cheque "bounced".

Was it "Orders Not To Pay", Payment countermanded by drawer", Refer To Drawer" or "Refer To Drawer Please Represent"?

This makes a difference as to the reason why it bounced.

Its ridiculous how some are bouncing, the last one that arrived here was fine but I cant believe people are still having problems. Good luck sorting it out.
