this is driving me mad, i was promised a cheque by mcvities and that still hasnt arrived, i have contacted them loads about another cheque that hasnt arrived and they just dont ring me back about another cheque that hasnt arrived. (1 more i will start chasing up when it reaches the 28 days it was a late late win!)

My Mum's friend received her cheque this morning two weeks after the stroppy e-mail reply they sent back about gesture of goodwill.

Just one more for my friend which I suppose she will have to chase up.

Novo - have emailed them today after 3 calls to them and being told theyll ring me back.

ive emailed them about other outstanding ones and sometimes had quick reply other times not had one so had to email again.

I will keep chasing for the moment tho!

I'm very pleased to say that I pursued the shared win where I didn't have the winning screen (£500). With the help of others I figured out the shared winner was Jodester, and she's received her half of the cheque today

For all those who didn't share, I really don't know how you couldn't..I didn't have to tell Jodester about receiving the cheque, but the thought never even crossed my mind..yes the money is nice, and it is difficult for everyone at the moment, but I couldn't live with myself..

Hope everyone who shared is planning lovely pressies for Christmas

My sister received a reply today about her one and only win [she did win it herself] and they said they had already posted the cheque out but she wouldnt be able to cash it as she had entered in the wrong name and her cheque had been posted in the name of Thompson - she had emailed with her full name and address and all the details from the win , date posted and tracking number etc! Her email reply wasnt very polite i dont think lol, she asked them why she would have entered in a name that wasnt hers and that if they had posted the cheque as stated wouldnt she have received it anyway even if it was the wrong name! She told them what a bunch of idiots she thought they were for messing up the competition so badly and that she wouldnt be purchasing their biscuits ever again after this.
