I've not heard anything back from them wins I tried to claim and the majority of mine have all paid out now.

I got two emails from ark-h.co.uk last Monday saying that my cheques would be delivered shortly. I know some other people also had the same email on the same day. Has anyone had a cheque yet that received this email? Why are they so sloooow, how long does it take to send a cheque, after all these are wins from early September. I'm getting very fed up with them.

I had the same email last Monday and a phone call to confirm I would have my cheque shortly but so far nothing :mad:
